5 star service from start to finish…
I never write reviews but I cannot recommend Motoroo and qamar enough! I went down to their garage in Essex to view a Hyundai Tucson as soon as I got there he offered us a drink and then went through all the paperwork with me including service history, MOT history and full engineers reports we was then able to take the car for a test drive and I went away to decide whether I wanted the car or not there was absolutely no pressure from him to buy and that instantly put me at ease. Qamars customer service is honestly second to none! He is super responsive on whatsapp and kept me in the loop every step of the way and once I was able to make payment after waiting for my insurance payout from my old car to come through he personally delivered it to me the very next day in the evening to my work. I really can see why these guys win awards and I’m so glad I found my dream car through them on autotrader. Thank you so much again!!

Would 100% purchase from here again
I was very nervous at first buying from here as my purchase was 100% online. I dealt with Qamar who couldn't have been more helpful. I aired my concerns with him and he reassured my straight away with their 90 warranty and the ability to return the car within 14 days.
When I checked the car over there was a scratched alloy but Qamar straight away offered the cost to repair this.
Delivery was within 3 days and an ETA was given first thing in the morning, delivery team were polite and helpful and even brought a box of chocolates which was lovely.
I would recommend buying from here and wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them.
