I wish I've read all these reviews before my purchase. Total scam. The shoes came 3 weeks later smelling like dangerous poison. I'm so sorry for the people working for them. Plus the price lol. In the Philippines you would pay max. 15€ for that. Will return them and be more than curious what happens. After a month.

This is a con site..... I placed an order three weeks ago. Their tracking does not work and they do not respond to emails, calls voice messages and their chat it a BOT.

I never leave reviews on places even when the service is not very good because I know that companies cannot be completely perfect. However, I felt the need to leave a review on this website because I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. This website is a complete SCAM. I bought a pair of trainers but never received them. It took weeks of me trying to get in contact with them to finally get a respond saying I’m getting a refund (not sure why as I was never told). It said the refund would take up to 10 days but it has been over a month and i still haven’t got my money back.

Ottimo acquisto, dalle recensioni credevo fosse un sito truffa e che quindi mi avessere rubato i soldi, oggi sono arrivate le scarpe perfette, scatola perfetta e imballaggio perfetto ma false..... Ottima emitazione, troppo costose...
Vero, non ti danno informazioni sulla transazione ma mi avevano risposto ad un messaggio che avrebbero fatto il possibile per accelerare i tempi di consegna lunghi circa un mese.

Carvanmart is an Absolute Con. Do not get fooled by sale prices to buy items that you never receive. I purchased 2 items over 7 weeks ago, I never received them after 2 weeks so I cancelled the order and requested a refund which I still have not received over 5 weeks ago. They hardly ever respond on email only to say they are processing my order and no one ever picks up the customer helpline as there is no one there to answer it. Avoid at all costs ! I’m still nearly £200 out of pocket from almost 2 months ago !

For whole 35 days I was conntacting carvan mart to help me with retourn, everytime they say they will help and they do not, after all I have asked them just to make a change also they did not help me..so if you GET a wrong size of shoes they will not return it or change it..

Cela fait déjà une semaine que j'envoie des mails pour qu'on me donne le bon de réexpédition sans aucune réponse.
Il y a 30 jours pour faire la démarche
A cette allure là je ne pourrai pas être dans les temps !!!
Nous avons déjà attendu longtemps la commande et la communication est très difficile avec le site

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website, and not only did they never arrive, but the site has now completely disappeared! There is no way to contact customer service, and all my attempts to reach out have been ignored. It’s clear that this is a total scam. They took my money and vanished without any explanation or resolution. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. This has been a waste of time and money, and I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to avoid it at all costs. The whole experience has been a nightmare, and I feel completely ripped off. Do not trust this site!

It seems this store doesn't' exist no more. No reply on e-mails thru the support team. I tried also to call.( #+447449509072). Nobody is answering.
If you paid by credit card you have the chance to get your money back by a chargeback procedure thru your credit card bank.
Valid for 120 days after the date you placed the order.

Questa mattina, 27/09 mi sono arrivate le mail da parte del sito che mi ha avvisato di un problema al portale. Oggi è arrivato l’articolo acquistato ed è un ottimo prodotto, conforme a quanto acquistato. Peccato per il disguido, ma per fortuna tutto ok

Credo si tratti di frode. Ho effettuato un ordine il 05 settmbre, sarebbe dovuto arrivare tra10-14 giorni. A tutt'ora non è arrivato quanto già pagato ed il link per tracciare l'ordine non è piu attivo

Made order 3 weeks ago, still not received anything, wish id read the reviews b4 ordering,please take my advice an stay well clear of these conmen, they took £82 of me for trainers for my daughter for Xmas,now they saying this company doesn't exist online, so no chance of any updates or enquiries, they owe me trainers or money not hopeful of receiving anything, please pay extra £20 or so and buy from a reputable company please, money is to hard earned to be taking of anyone,NOT least CONMEN ....
