I was extremely nervous at first
I’ve been with Cartwright Jenson Group for some time now and, after previously having my fingers burnt elsewhere, I was naturally apprehensive about the whisky cask market.
Charles and his team completely changed my perspective. When I asked to sell a cask earlier than recommended, Charles respected my decision, arranged the sale and showed me the entire process from start to finish. Since then, I’ve purchased further casks and haven’t looked back.
I’ve personally visited my casks at the bonded warehouse in Scotland, and the transparency has been exceptional. Rocco has been brilliant from day one, and Lucy Edgar in the back office is incredibly efficient.
I’m also a wheelchair user, and the team went above and beyond to make both my office visit and Scotland trip accessible and comfortable.
My brother-in-law is also a member of The Rumbullion Club, Cartwright Jenson Group’s sister company, and has had a fantastic experience with them over the last six months.
Professional, transparent and genuinely welcoming. Charles and his team are a credit to the industry. I couldn’t recommend Cartwright Jenson Group highly enough.

Cold calling, uninvited
Have received numerous cold calls from this company completely uninvited, offering whiskey investments. I've no idea how they got my number. This is highly suspicious practice and not in keeping with rules of interacting with retail investors, stay well clear. Ask if they're FCA regulated.

Cartwright Jenson Group is a whisky cask consultancy and does not claim to be FCA regulated or to provide FCA-regulated financial advice. A warm and knowledgable exploration of the whisky market
About a year ago I have started investing part of my portfolio into Whisky. The consultants at Cartwright Jenson have been excellent ever since. They have been welcoming and listen to your questions, are knowledgable about their trade and I have always been met with friendliness and warmth. I have spoken to multiple consultants between the periods and have always gotten a straight up answer. They will offer opportunities but you dont feel forced to invest on every opportunity. They take into account what you share about your current willingness to invest further or to keep the offers at bay for a while to make sure you have the space you need to feel comfortable with your investments.If there are small miscommunications, they get resolved quickly and without any pointing of fingers or bad feelings. To summarize, a great partner to have for your investments with a staff that is adaptable and friendly.
