Incompetent staff
Ordered my replacement cartridge online, then got a call saying I qualified of a free cartridge and my order will be ready soon. Then got another call saying they didn’t have a cartridge in stock but would be ready for collection that afternoon. Then got another call asking about my printer and settings and was told I couldn’t have aftermarket cartridges cause wouldn’t work so I asked for a refund as it wasn’t stipulated on their website about this issue and they would chat to they manager and get back to me, I then got a call from their manager I think and he told me he has ordered the cartridges and call me when I’m shop. I finally got notification of them in, after collecting them they are aftermarket cartridges seem to work atm although brings a warning up.

They didn't have the original printer…
They didn't have the original printer that I bought on-line, EOFY rush and all. I received a call next morning informing me and offering an alternative, at a higher but still attractive price.
Collected it from their store two days later. Great communication and service. Thank you

Firstly, the variety o' cartridges an' toners available is impressive. Ah fund the models compatible wi' ma printers easily, baith for personal an' professional use. Moreover, the products are high-quality, ensuring crisp an' lasting prints.
The customer service deserves a special mention. The team is attentive, weel-informed, an' ready tae help wi' any query or need. Ah wis welcomed warmly an' aw ma questions were answered clearly an' in detail. They really show a commitment tae providing excellent service.
Another positive point is Cartridge World Australia's concern for the environment. The company offers recycling options for cartridges, promoting sustainable practices an' helping tae reduce electronic waste. It's heartening tae see a company that cares aboot sustainability an' does its bit.

Quick postage time once my invoice was found in admin.
Ordering was pretty easy. After nearly 2 weeks of not receiving my item I called them. The person I spoke to was straight onto it. They called later that day apologizing and said the paper work had got lost in admin. The item was sent that day and I received it 2 days later. The item was correct and in excellent condition when I received it. Thank you.

I bought inks online from there but…
I bought inks online from there but they didn't send me the item. I called them but seemed that no one was running the business, so I had to report fraud to get my money back. I think the website is still active but the business already shut down.
