Le chauffeur avait 20 minutes de retard par rapport à l'horaire que nous avions réservé.

We had a fantastic experience with Carthage Transfer! In less than 24h they provided us with a personal driver for 4 days throughout the South of Tunisia. They handled everything professionally, the car was clean and comfortable and they even helped us plan and organize our activities throughout the trip! The company always checked in with us to see if everything is okay and it was even possible to switch the route at the end to fit our schedule better. Special thanks to our driver Slim, who was always on time, very kind and took great care of us. As two women, we felt very comfortable and safe traveling with him. I would recommend this company and definetely book with them again the next time I am in Tunisia!

Great option to avoid the usual hassle and scam at the airport.

We booked a hotel- airport transfer last minute on our date of departure after a recomnendation from someone staying at our hotel. The booking process was straightforward and when I did have questions, they were answered promptly. Driver arrived on time and was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. He provided extra assistance to a member of our group who had sustained an injury whilst on holiday. Whilst this transfer did cost more than the local taxis, we felt it was worth the money for the comfort, ease of use, peace of mind and safety and have already recommended to others.
Wish we had used this company at the start of our trip as it would have made things far easier at the start.

J’ai notamment remarqué que certains avis cinq étoiles très élogieux concernant cette entreprise proviennent de profils n’ayant publié qu’un seul avis. Chacun peut en tirer ses propres conclusions, mais je pense que ce contexte mérite d’être pris en compte.

Nous avons utilisé Carthage Transfer à plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour en Tunisie et, malheureusement, la fiabilité a été un véritable problème. Nous avons subi des retards importants, notamment une attente tard dans la nuit sans communication adéquate.

L’expérience la plus préoccupante a été celle d’un chauffeur qui est devenu extrêmement agité et imprévisible pendant le trajet, criant au téléphone et se comportant d’une manière qui nous a réellement fait craindre pour notre sécurité. Nous avons une vidéo montrant une partie de cet incident.

Nous avons signalé les faits à la direction. Le responsable a reconnu les problèmes et promis des remboursements par écrit. Malgré plusieurs assurances et relances, les remboursements n’ont pas été effectués à la date promise. Ils ont finalement été effectués le 25 septembre, après l’ouverture de contestations de paiement auprès de Wise.

Être en retard est une chose. Laisser des clients attendre sans communication adéquate, faire en sorte que des passagers se sentent en danger et ne pas respecter les engagements écrits dans les délais annoncés en est une autre. Je n’utiliserais plus cette société et je ne la recommanderais pas.

I would never use Carthage Transfer again. One of our airport pickups left us stranded with no communication at around 1:30 AM, and another transfer was approximately 1 hour and 7 minutes late.

That second experience was far worse. Our driver became extremely agitated during the journey, screaming into his phone and behaving so erratically that we genuinely felt unsafe. I have video documenting his behavior.

After I complained, the manager, Farid, acknowledged the problems in writing and promised me a full refund of €17.60 for booking #14147 and a 50% refund (€21.55) on our €43.10 booking #14252. He told me the refunds would be returned to my original payment method and that I would receive transaction confirmations. None of that happened. I followed up repeatedly and have his refund promises in writing.

I have now wasted considerable time filing two payment disputes and am also filing a formal complaint with the Tunisian tourism authorities.

Between being stranded late at night, an extremely disturbing experience with a driver, and management failing to honor written refund promises, I cannot recommend this company. You couldn’t pay me €1,000 to use them again.
