Thank you to all at Carter Travel for our experience with you for our airport tranfers! Through word of mouth you were recommend and we (7 in total, 5 adults and 2 young children) are all more than happy with the service provided from booking with Murray to travelling with James, it was effortless and took the massive stress of parking, shuttle tranfers with young children away completely at a very competitive price. We certainly will be using your Services for this from now on. Everything was well informed and communicated great to us. All in all the whole process was like a well oiled machine! Would like to add that James our driver went above and beyond for us even at 4am with us all grumpy and tired from 13 hours of travelling :)

Great service, this great company picked 12 of us up Saturday, took us to golf and picked us all up later in the day, great timekeeping and great service all day, highly recommend and will be using again. Cannot fault 👍

I booked Murray to drive 12 of us to and from a golf day. Multiple pickup locations, lots of golf bags, but Carter Travel were on-time both ways, knew exactly where to go and drove us in two immaculate and comfortable people movers.

Murray and his second driver were friendly, engaging and very accommodating, even down to unloading our bags for us. They even turned around and came back to the course when I left my hat in the van.

This is a great new service, that is very keen for your business and has an effortless customer service manner. I will absolutely use them again!

Used Carter Travel for an Airport trip. They offered a fair price and were very professional. In particular, communication was very good from Murray and the driver James was very helpful and friendly. Prompt timings on the pick-ups, a comfortable journey with no issues at all. Murry and James picked us up from Gatwick today to bring our family back from our holiday . They always kept us informed of their location and pick up time as we were delayed . The cars were clean with plenty of room and refreshments. It made everything easy and would definitely use them again

We booked Carter Travel Co for a Gatwick airport for our family holiday. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. We used Carter Travel Co with friends 3 pick ups all on time to Heathrow and then the reverse journey home all went so smoothly, James our driver was great and we had him for both trips , all very professional and really helpful, we have booked now for our trip in Oct/Nov with absolutely no worries of being let down. Royal Ascot twice in a week,
great comms, drivers arrived dead on time, happily waited for us in the car park at the end of the day while we found our way through the crowds.

Bang on time 7am Sunday. Immaculate comfortable people carrier and smart polite driver. Could not be faulted. Communication beforehand by text had been clear and easy to deal with. Definitely recommended

Really professional business, quote and payment was quick and easy. Minibus was luxury as they say it is, bottles of water was an added plus.

We booked Carter Travel to collect us from the airport and take us home after our holiday. Booking the transfer was super quick and easy and we had clear communication throughout! Whilst away our flight was cancelled & we had to communicate a different time, flight number & airport! This was all sorted really professionally and efficiently! We were collected by James who was lovely! The car was perfect, clean and spacious for us and our suitcases! It was a luxury ride back home after a long day travelling! I have used Carter Travel Co on multiple occasions. I initially entrusted them with getting my family up to the airport, which is never an easy task with a Baby and a Toddler on board.
