The Screen is a fantastic and they’re pretty easy to install. The only issue is is that the screen itself is so scratch prone that even wiping it with a rag has scratched it so you have to be super careful not to scratch them if you’re actually touching it.

I ordered the kit for my car and it’s taken nearly 4 weeks to arrive however advertised as 2-7 working days. I reached out multiple times during this period to no response. Poor customer service.

I have now fitted the device and lost all sound in my vehicle. It is advertised as simple fitting but it’s far from as we’ve followed step by step what to do and it’s not working properly. My brother works for BMW (the car I own) and he even struggled with this.

Do not buy as there is no customer service as advertised to support you and it’s not as simple as it’s made out to be. Now having to pay for someone to come out and fix my car.

Bought this unit around April 2025. Delivery was very prompt, but unfortunately, when I tried contacting customer support via both email and WhatsApp, I received no response.

My partner found it fairly easy to fit, although there isn’t much room for all the wiring, which makes getting everything back in quite tight and fiddly.

The actual operating unit isn’t particularly user-friendly either. It cuts in and out sporadically, which makes it unreliable and frustrating to use.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it and, based on my experience, I wouldn’t waste your money on it.

I ordered a head unit for my vw on the 5th of September and am still yet to receive it I have heard nothing from them and I’ve tried contacting them to no response everytime regarding its a 300 pound piece of kit this is not on and only today i received the wireless car play adapter however that is no use without the actual head unit, I don’t recommend this company especially with their poor customer service communication.

Ordered on 23. Of August, not even shipped after 8 days, and the time of delivery is 2-7 days. No response on the support like wtf

My daughter bought an apple car play from Carsosa. It didn't arrive with proper instructions and replacement kit. It had many cables therefore we weren't sure which cables were suitable for it. We contacted carsosa, the gentleman said he will send the replacement kit and told us to use the cables that fit!! It's been weeks and we have been trying to contact them but they did not respond. Then ine day I decided to call them constantly until they responded and after many many calls and messages they said that the replacement kit has been sent. It's been a couple of weeks since but kit received. I am again trying to contact them and its the same thing again.

Not sure what to do. I think if I have to return it I will have to pay for "First class signed for postage" as they demand on their website.

I request carsosa to contact me please.

UPDATE!!! After contacting them again via their WhatsApp messaging they agreed to the return and refund with details of the process. I have now had my full refund after returning the unit. Took about a week for the money to arrive but it has now. Hopefully means anyone having issues with their purchase will eventually get a refund.

Lip service reply to my review, then what a massive surprise my email taking them up on their offer of support cannot be delivered. Why am I not surprised, like I said AVOID!!!! Very poor communication when item was not shipped in the 3-5 days promised timeframe. Eventually arrived after 20 working days after I chased several times for updates.
My delivery was missing several parts that were detailed on the website as being included such as the manual, GPS antenna, radio aerial adapter.
We also now have a flashing mileage odometer on the dash despite the advert saying this is plug and play. Looks like we now need access to diagnostic software to clear this.
Have requested support from Carsosa a couple of times since install and am now being ignored. Not a great experience and I assume if I were to request a return and refund it would be very difficult to get my money back. Avoid!!!

Genuinely ridiculous.
i tried contacting support via email and whatsapp.
They answer 1 week later say the order will ship today and it hasn’t.
It’s been 2 weeks. Pretty sure it’s a scam. Overly ridiculous.

I bought a stereo for vw polo but unfortunately it is faulty and switches on by itself and drains the battery and it dosent turn on/off with iginition and bluetooth dosent work. This is coming from a professional who couldnt get it to work. Ive tried contacting through email and whatsapp but no one has got back to me. 100% DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered on 6th june after a chase up it arrived on the 15th units fits works really well

Order a car unit off them shipping time was about 8 days but all good and got the radio put it in myself very easy and working well so far

Delivery was prompt and when needed some help at the weeknd we got a response through the chat.
New head unit working and quality good.

We bought a unit for my sons birthday. The quality and aftershaves have been perfect. I highly recommend

Tried 2 other CarPlay units from different suppliers which were both returned because of complexity of wiring, setup and quality.
Saw YouTube video of a Carcosa CarPlay retrofitted to a VW Polo like mine and decided to purchase one. It arrived before the expected delivery time,well packaged and pristine.
Fitted in my car in 20 minutes without any instructions ( idiotproof connecting harness) All up and running within 40 minutes. If you have an Apple iPhone, you will already be familiar with the Apps available.
The more I use it the easier it is to navigate round. Glad I went for this product.

1st time ordering from Carsosa and was pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews. My experience couldn't have been better. Was kept upto date via WhatsApp and unit arrived before it was supposed to. Easy to fit and looks and works like factory. Thank you

Quality product. Even better than the factory fitted. The touch screen is super responsive and I love that it maintains the vehicle data. Just the perfect product

I brought the screen for my corsa on the 14th of March and they said they would ship it and I would have it in the next week but didn’t give me a tracking number or anything. I had to chase up this order and contact them via email, whatsapp and instagram and didn’t get a response. When I finally did get one via email, they said they’d ship it out. I waited and still didn’t receive anything. I did eventually receive the order on the 31st March and I was able to install it myself with the help of videos on tiktok and youtube. The gadget itself is really good and I am happy I eventually got it.

I bought a screen for my vw polo a couple weeks ago, when fitting it in it didn’t recognise when i turned my car on and off. I messaged them via whatsapp and they said they can send a replacement to me. I accepted and also asked if they could send someone to fit it in for me, since then i have had no reply from them. I have messaged them on whatsapp constantly, I have emailed them and i have messaged them on instagram. This is poor from a business who sells their products at such a high price.
