Carsilks advertises as an American Company of which they ARE NOT. It took 5 weeks for me to receive part of my order. When I installed the seat covers the fitment on the seat bottoms is horrible! I contacted Customer support, supplied photos and videos. Their response was that the fitment was perfect. It is obvious that the seat covers I received weren't made for my vehicle. BUYER BEWARE, this company is a SCAM! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. CARSILKS does not respond to requests for replacement of the correct product or credit. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company for a second time!! I won the first dispute and was credited back my money. Carsilks shipped the balance of my order 9 weeks after it was ordered. I returned the package to Carsilks. They then charged my credit card the full amount again which resulted in the second dispute with my credit card company. This all resulted in Carsilks shipping the wrong product originally and then trying to convince me that they were made for my vehicle which obviously they weren’t. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I can’t stress that enough!

Mats were packaged very poorly. Creased badly. Did not fit car well. Very slow to respond and very vague in answers. Would not allow product return even though the mats were never used. Would never use this company again.

Price was reasonable, I thought. It did take about a month to receive the product but when installed, the two front mats didn’t really fit like I thought they should. I sent in inquiry from the website about the issue with a description and pictures. They initially responded fairly quickly and requested more information in the form of a video. OK. So… I did a video of both sides, uploaded it to a box site and sent the link. No response. Sent another email to see if they got the link and had any issues with it. No response. Sent another email to get a status update and still no response. It’s been over 2 weeks, now, since my initial communication and still nothing.

As for the product itself. I ordered front and second row mats. The second row installed pretty well, fits decently and looks nice. Again, the front would look nice if it actually fit properly but for quality of material, it’s decent.

Update after response:

Carsilks advised that they're disappointed in our experience and to contact them directly regarding the issue. We'll, that's funny as I've reached out to them at least 4 or 5 times and they've responded once, with zero customer service and no resolution to my issue. I will certainly not purchase anything from them again and have no confidence that they will respond with any resolution.

They sent wrong mats with wrong embroidery text. They arrived all scrunched up and creased to the max. They communicated at first but when I asked for a refund and a return label they went cold on me. Totally ignoring all messages.

These are probably the best seat covers I've owned so far. They fit really well and didn't take much effort to install. the material feels soft yet durable, and they've made my car interior look a lot more polished. Even after a few weeks of daily use, they haven't slipped or wrinkled. Great value for money, especially if you're after both comfort and style.

Avoid these scammers 😡😡😡! Shit company! Guys, don't buy from them under any circumstances, they are scammers.

I placed the order in March, paid around £300 and still haven't received the correct car mats! and now they don't even respond to emails or messages!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered car seat covers from them (June 6. 2025) and a week later they emailed me to let me know that they couldn't fulfill the order. I have emailed them every week since and as of Jun 26, 2025 I have yet to hear from them and they have STOLEN my $400. BUY AMERICAN. BETTER COMPANIES IN THE USA.

July 4th, 2025 sent anther email requesting a refund with order number. Will see how ling it take them to reply if at all.

July 11, 2025 Have sent 2 more emails and still have not heard from this piece of @$@! company.

Received mats that didn’t fit my car so I contacted car silks. They asked for a video which I sent three weeks ago and haven’t heard from them since.

I bought a set of seat covers from them for my new truck. Took 3 months to get them. They sent me something I could have bought at Walmart or autozone. Nothing like they advertised. How can they do this. Now they will not return my emails. I hope people read this before they buy and it happens to them. Im out 269.00 and absolutely will not put these in my new truck. So if you read this, you won't get what they advertised on there web sight. I got scammed out of 269.00 for junk covers and no head rest come with seat covers. Please go buy your seat covers some where else or you will be furious as I

Ordered seat covers for my Jeep April 25th finally got a notice that they had shipped on May 24th still don't have them. The tracking number they gave me doesn't work don't buy anything from these people like the other guy says they don't answer emails or messages

Ordered (order 7454) a month ago and began sending emails last week asking for an update. I received no response to my multiple emails. Their online chat is always offline so you can't contact them that way. They will just take your money and then nothing but silence. Buyer beware...do not order anything from this company.

I order a set for a Mustang got a order# and that was it PLUS they got my money tried emailing and nothing also I thought these were made in USA

🚫 Absolutely Terrible Experience with Carsilk – Avoid at All Costs!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Carsilk. They took my money over a month ago and have done nothing but lie and make empty promises since. I’ve been trying to get updates, and every time, I’m given vague excuses or no response at all. It’s been more than 30 days, and I still haven’t received what I paid for — no proper updates, no resolution, just dishonesty and delays.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I trusted this company, but it’s clear they have no respect for their customers. Be warned — do not trust Carsilk with your money. They’ll take it and give you nothing in return but stress and wasted time.

Got Email saying order is on the way 22/05/2025 , checked and says Sender has despatched item 20/05/2025.

Since then nothing, no updates, messages online chat and always offline, no reply from Email either.
Still waiting……………….
After all that waiting I finally got my delivery on 09/06/2025 but seriously they had one job, they did not put trunk car mat,which I paid already. Now they are are responding my email or anything about my refund. Very poor customer service.
I highly recommend to avoid this company.

Ordered on 2nd of May and still not received, today is the 29th. No responses to online chat and vague promises of a follow up. Claimed to have warehouse issues and an update. I think they are a fraud as no way to contact them via phone. I am afraid I’m out of my money. Let the buyer beware.

We placed an order April 8th and never received our product. We have tried reaching out via email and it takes a very long time for them to respond. When they did respond, all they responded with was "it was delivered", they didn't give any additional information, no proof of delivery, nothing. We're trying to get a tracking number and shipping company so we can see when and where they delivered, incase delivery was to the wrong house. Customer service is terrible. We will try to reach out again today, via live chat, hoping to get some answers. contacted customer service through instagram chat. They responded right away and asked me for my order number. I provided it to them. They continued to read my messages, but not respond. The final mention was me saying that what they are doing is not right and that we would be contacting our bank and reporting a fraudulent charge made by them. They read it and did not respond.
one tracking site says order was delivered on may 15th and the delivery was made to a house in chicago illinois. I live in Ontario, Canada. Shop tracking says "package is on its way"

They don't even properly fit my floors , appear to be completely wrong for vehicle. Temu fit way better and a fraction of what I paid for these mats
