Literally spam that masquerades as an instant quote generator. You submit everything and then get an immediate wave of calls, texts, and emails of varying legitimacy. Don't bother with them. They literally sell your information and that's their whole business.

I am so upset about experience of using your service! I did not think it would be such a problem to explain firstly to the reception expert and then to the manager that the current jambs of the car are not related to my using experience of it. The problem was with the 2014 Peugeot 208. And with the fact that the car knocked out the mechanical transmission when you unscrew the steering wheel to the maximum right or left position while going uphill. Do you think this is normal?

I would NEVER use this service car never got shipped by them still trying to get a refund from 2 months ago & everytime I contact them a manager is never present SO THEY SAY.... WORST EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY NOR ENERGY...... THIS IS REALLY BAD SERVICE & THEY WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO CORRECT THERE MISTAKES

Should have read the reviews first. Got bombarded with automated calls, emails and text messages despite already resolving my transportation needs. I called and emailed (their provided phone number and email off their site) to take me off whatever directory or register, but they couldn't seem to help me because they said they didn't have my information or phone number (despite me calling them twice and each caller saying he or she will make a note of it). And no I didn't use any of the numerous, non stop quotes they kept sending me, I found someone else to handle the transportation.

I asked in short noticed to have both of my cars shipped and they have them shipped in no time. This was extremely convenient since my husband and I were in a time crunch. Extremely transparent and professional.

WORSE SERVICE EVER. Don't use this company-it will cost you time and money!! We had to pay storage fees because Car Ship guys was not able to honor the quote or ship the items from an auction- but they dragged us out for weeks and blamed it on others (new staff, incorrect coding, truck drivers, location etc). It was a different story every week- Go with someone else!! They ended up canceling on us and never shipped anything, but they did not pay the storage fees for stringing us along. Adam quoted it and Yvette was the manager. Bad service all around from everyone there.

This was one of the best car shopping experience I've had with a shipping company. Would use again. Very professional.

Worst company on earth , took my money and didn’t refund it. Guys truck broke down 2 times Virginia to Texas . Never got my 70k he Ruined my pickup , guy dropped it off at dealership with busted sunroof and 10k in body damages. Never called or updated me on trip. Would not answer text or phone calls . When he finally called he said he slightly damaged my roof. Dealer est over 12k. Stay away from these guys.

Started with them in early May to schedule a car hauling date for a classic car in OK and was told "Just call us when you get to town and we will set it up." Called on June 8 to get it scheduled and kept waiting for them to find a hauler for it. Finally had to cancel because we were running out of time before we had to head back home. In the last conversation was told, "Well, bad timing for us right now is bad timing for you."

I wish I could give zero star. Because bad is not even close to my experience with them.
so last Saturday I called them and did the whole process of reserving with them. I needed to ship my car ASAP. They told me I would have the answer within 48h. I called them after 48h and they didn't have a driver... which is ok. I found another company that would do the work for a better price and quicker. I asked them to cancel my reservation so I could reserve with this othwr company. And the lady on the phone was so so so rude. I had to call again because they didn't cancel and the lady on the phone yelled at me, saying that I was crushing her line, I was calling to much. I felt humiliated. Terrible terrible customer service. People like that should not be working with customers.

Sorry for the long story. In summary, please do not do business with them. And if the manager is reading this. Please fire the lady that was working on the 16Mar2020. She will destroy your business.

It is a great idea. However I did not really appreciate the contact from 10 different companies that were all extremely persistent, calling me during my work hours while I was waiting for clientele calls. Perhaps there could be a way for the person using the service to see a list of all the potential companies, and choose which ones to reach out to?

This was a terrible experience, my phone has not been left alone since I requested a quote. I have at least 5 different companies bugging me everyday. Terrible idea to even request a quote

Non stop phone calls with rates double of anyone else. If you do not want call after call for 3 days straight don’t ask them for a quote since they don’t give you a direct quote and other shippers get ahold of your number and keep calling you even after you tell them the vehicle has been picked up and dropped off. Even had a few scammers call me right after I requested a quote.

Got some good info from various car shipping companies, but be prepared to be spammed by calls and emails from literally every single car shipping company you can imagine.

Brokers making to many phone calls. Send me the rates, i will call the one the shows promise.

They seem to be more scammers just to get your email and cell phone number so they can sell it to companies so you can get bombarded with spam and telemarketer phone calls, within five minutes of the application, I received spam emails all night long and telemarketer calls till midnight. Then they come back with a story about how they only make my life easier and better for me by selling my personal information to these telemarketers and how despite me telling them through numerous means that I don't need their service any more they still harass and call me.
