Excellent service and delivery. I messaged them on the Thursday evening (day before Good Friday) asking about different seats and received a reply immediately. The seat was sent the day after the Easter bank holiday. The delivery did arrive a day later than expected but that was a delay at DPD and not car seat ninja. Received the seat today and sent photos to assess the fit of my son and received quick and helpful replies. Great customer service, delivery and aftercare. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I ordered the besafe stretch and the besafe light up mirror. They came really quickly. I was confused about installation so contacted the supplier for support and they replied really quickly and continued answering any questions I had. Would recommend

Natalie has always been so knowledgable and friendly when enquiring about extended rear facing car seats. I’ve had three car seats from Natalie since my first child was born (I was lucky enough to win one through her recent giveaway - dreams do come true haha!) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for one! They include a Britax Maxway Plus and a Axkid Minikid 2, and now the latest Avionaut Stardust for my baby, which I absolutely love and would recommend.

Rear facing is so important and I recommend Natalie wholeheartedly, in helping to keep your little ones safest on the road for as long as possible.

Brilliant service. Bought our BeSafe Stretch and our Axkid Mini Kid 4 from Car Seat Ninja. Had some installation questions after we took the seats out and then reinstalled. Natalie was really kind and came back to us swiftly - even out of hours which we really appreciated as we don’t have any other seats to rely on and were worried about getting it wrong. Will definitely keep coming back as the kids grow :)
