Great communications!
Great communications, handy location, good value for money and very friendly staff. Kam helped me on the phone and Kash sorted out the paperwork on the day of collection. Both were very patient and understood that buying a car is a big deal for the customer. I recommend Carsa wholeheartedly.

Bought a Ford Kuga
Bought a Ford Kuga, moved up to Cannock from Gloucester. Car was not provided with an clean MOT but had 6 months left, the price was great and the car drove nicely.
Whilst completing the sale the salesman continued to push for extra warranty cover to ensure the car was covered, and was quite pushy which at the time concerned me as it made me thinking the car might have an issue. Ignoring that gut feel, I purchased the car without the additional warranty.
Had to return the car to Carsa 3 times to resolve minor issues, tyre pressure monitors not working and replacing a button in the boot for the electric boot.
After three months a warning message appeared saying the filter was blocked - I took the car to the ford garage to get checked and it was over 300%, which they found strange considering my mileage and age of car, they sorted that out and said if it returns there might be an issue with the engine.
Took the car for its MOT test in June, and it instantly failed due to very high emissions, and I mean very very high, which is why the car filter was being blocked. Took the car to the ford garage and raised a case with Carsa because they sold me a car with an inherent issue. Ford were useless as they would not confirm cause of the problem and were just replacing parts and hoping for the best, and Carsa wanted evidence which was not forthcoming from Ford who did not want to get involved. DON'T trust Carsa, because they do not thoroughly check the cars like the say they do otherwise they would have found the issue, and make sure you get them to provide a new MOT for all sales. Have got rid of that car now and gone full electric.

Left waiting over an hour to collect a car
Booked an appointment to come and pick up a new car. Was left waiting for over an hour. No “sorry for your wait” nothing.
At one point they were all gathered round the main desk having a chat. Car is lovely but the experience and customer service upon collection was pretty abysmal.
