Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Carsa.
I received the vehicle on 28 August from Carsa Bradford branch which I reserved online. And I raised my concerns with Carsa on the same day. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to resolve the matter and return the vehicle.
I contacted the Bradford branch in person on 31 August and was told to contact Black Horse because we are not the owner of this vehicle. I contacted Black Horse, who then directed me back to the dealership.
I subsequently contacted Carsa Customer Care. I received conflicting information from different members of staff. I was initially told that I could not reject/return the vehicle and was then transferred to another member of staff, who confirmed that my call was regarding rejecting the vehicle and said my details would be sent to the relevant team.
I have written confirmation from Carsa Customer Care that my call was “to reject the vehicle”, yet I am still waiting for the relevant team/Bradford branch to contact me.
I have also been repeatedly directed towards obtaining a diagnostic, despite making it clear that I do not want to keep the vehicle and want to return it.
My main concern is the lack of clear communication and the delay. I notified Carsa promptly, but I have been passed between the dealership, Carsa Customer Care and Black Horse without receiving a clear resolution.
I hope Carsa management sees this review and contacts me urgently to arrange the return of the vehicle and resolve the matter.

The car I bought was £500 below the…
The car I purchased was around £500 cheaper compared with similar cars I had found on other websites, such as AutoTrader and CarGurus, which was one of the reasons I decided to go ahead with the purchase.
Having said that, I was also very impressed and grateful for the support I received from the staff and management. They provided me with helpful advice and guidance, which helped me make a better and more informed decision, particularly when it came to choosing the right warranty package for my car.
Overall, I really appreciated the professional service, support and advice throughout the process.
