So happy I went with this company to clean our living room carpet. Having 2 toddlers, 2 dogs and a cat with a cream carpet it had certainly seen better days and it was beyond my capability to get it as clean as I would have liked.
They were extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. I now have a fresh clean carpet throughout my lounge again, my only regret is not having it done sooner.
I will definitely be having them back again.
If you are considering having this company clean your carpets then I suggest going for it, you won't be disappointed.

Josh and the team were great. They responded to my enquiry quickly and provided a competitive quote for the work. Josh called me twice during the work (as I was out) to keep me updated of what was going on and to make me aware that they were having to work hard to remove some stubborn stains (it is a wool carpet and I have 2 young kids!) The job on the carpet was tremendous, it’s given it a new lease of life and certainly got it looking somewhere near its best (it’s been down 12 years and there it’s been well worn). My thanks to Josh and Aaron for taking the job on and making a great job of it.

When Josh arrived to look at the carpet, he was very honest with me and explained the issues with it and how cleaning might affect it. When Aaron arrived to clean it, he was very polite and explained the process. After it had been cleaned Josh messaged me to check I was happy. All in all a very competent and professional company. Phoned Carpet cleaning Co. needed a bedroom carpet cleaned as soon as possible, Josh told me he was all booked up until Jan, but he managed to squeeze me in, he came out cleaned my carpet, he did a great job, left my carpet nice and clean and smelling lovely and fresh. Amazing service! I have 2 toddlers that like to walk around with their snacks whilst having a fully carpeted house in light grey, so you can imagine the state of it after 3 years of failed attempts at getting it all out with shop bought stain removers and cleaning machines.

In complete honesty I had lost all hope for the carpet and was thinking it was going to be like it until I sucked it up and bought a new one, but, with just one professional clean and I’m in absolute amazement! My carpet looks brand new and smells so fresh! Including the sofa and footstool!
I was also given tips to help with future stains and what products to avoid, which will help me going forward.
I’ll be making this a yearly clean and will absolutely continue to use this company, not only was it top quality service but just so well mannered and respectful.
