This was the first time I have used ACC on a recommendation from a neighbour. Rob did an amazing job in making all the stains disappear! He also moved a corner 7 seater sofa so that he could get to places that had never been cleaned before. His knowledge, planning and expertise made for a quality finish. We will certainly have no problem in the future using this company again.

My (20year old) carpets look like new again. The team arrive with no fuss, move furniture carefully to do a thorough clean of all the carpet.
I’ve known the team for several years and they always do a great job. And almost as important, these are lovely people to welcome into your home.

We have used them for years and they are the real experts. ACC fit you in as soon as they can and are really accommodating. They are competitive on price, come when they say they will, do an excellent job and also offer really good advice. You can't ask for anything more.

I've used ACC for quite a few years now and can highly recommend them. Truck-mounted cleaning is such an efficient, no-mess process in comparison with the old-style machines that need dirty water emptied down your drains or bath. Everyone on the team at ACC is lovely and courteous to work with, and they've managed to get rid of stains every time. Great firm.

I’ve been using ACC for a number of years now. The service is excellent. Carpets look great after they have been cleaned and the staff are reliable and friendly.

In my professional life and personally, I have used many different carpet cleaning companies, but ACC Carpet Cleaners is simply the best. When you telephone the company, your call is answered speedily and you actually get to talk to a person immediately, who is the very friendly, very helpful, very informative and very efficient Sherry. On the designated day, the guys turn up on time, often even a little bit earlier and are polite, obliging and easy to have around. There is a minimum of hassle as their powerful carpet-cleaning equipment is mounted in their van. They do a walk-round with you so that you can point out any particular areas of concern and then you just leave them to it. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very thorough and professional. When they have finished, you can hardly believe how wonderful your carpets look. So, if you need your carpets cleaning, my advice is, just speak to Sherry. You will not find or get a better service anywhere!.

This is the second time we have had our carpets cleaned by ACC and we have been very pleased with the service each time. The carpets had quite a few unsightly stains (thanks to our mini dachshund who sometimes forgets she is housetrained) but the guys did a great job of removing these and smartening up our staircase and bedroom carpets.

ACC London cleaned our curtains - they took them down for us, took them away and cleaned them beautifully, then brought them back and rehung them carefully. A really good service.

We have used ACC Carpet Cleaners for nearly 2 decades on a regular basis. They clean our communal carpets and the inside of a number of our flats. Communication is always good and the on-site team always turn up on time and walk through what they need to do. They are speedy but thorough and always very pleasant to have in the flat. I must say well done to them for running the business for so long delivering a consistent service.

Amazing job as always! This is the 4th or 5th time now we have used ACC carpets. It was lovely to see the guys again after a few years and as always they do a very thorough job. Our carpets and rugs look like new. Now to try and keep the dog from wiping his after dinner chops on them!

The reviews on this company are excellent and judging by our experience they are very well deserved. We had some nasty stains and they were all removed. Effective, efficient and friendly describes them well and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
