Local contractors you can trust. They have some of the best carpenters I’ve seen. My deck is amazing. The price was competitive. We have a roof that will need replacing soon. They will have the job.

Great company to work with. They did a very thorough job on my business roof. We have used them for multiple projects. Would definitely hire again.

Carolina Trophy Roofs LLC out of Rocky Mount, NC installed and inspected this roof June of 2024. I would not recommend this company. All of their “solutions” were unsatisfactory and they are unwilling to address the rotting wood or the cause of the rusting.

Our roof still leaks and they are playing the blame game. The same leak that prompted our contract with CTR is worse and now in 2 locations. After installation of our roof it was still leaking-not just dripping but pouring in. CTR stated it was our windows, so at their “expert” advisement we had all windows at the roof line replacement. It is still leaking-CTR is now blaming the window installers.

A metal roof of this age should not require corrosion mitigation of any kind and yet they will not give me the necessary information to file a warranty claim with the metal manufacturer because they know the rust was caused by improper cutting of the metal during installation. We originally had a 40 year paint warranty but that is now void because of their failure to follow manufacturer installation instructions and recommendations. Their best recommendation was to apply Ames coating.

They have threatened to void their own warranty because we invited another roofer to inspection their work-no repairs of any kind were done.

They have tried to bully us. I have asked for the owner to come see the roof and was denied.

We are not people of great means. We worked hard to pay cash for this roof. We are now forced to get this rusting, leaking, rotting, molding monstrosity replaced. CTR has verbally stated they will not reimburse our money-$16,159.75.

Everything was done in a timely manner, smooth, and efficient. The clean-up crew did there work good that there was no need for me to clean-up after them. I recently started here. The reps who work hard make over 100K per year. This job's fruit takes time, though. Meanwhile, this company allows growth-time, so long as the individual works hard and their aptitude appears promising. They recently enacted a base-pay, which helps rookies survive the initial dry-period. This surely helps employee retention, though now we use W2 AND 1099 pay, together, as opposed to just 1099 pay. Base-pay=W2, and commission=1099.
