I have been living here for 4 months. It’s a lovely spacious accommodation at an affordable price. I have had minimal noise problems which is very rare for a student accommodation. I feel safe and secure due to high security throughout the property. The staff are really friendly and are always happy to help with what they can, any maintenance problems will be seen to usually within a day. Wish I found it sooner!

Moved in to poets place early last year…
Moved in to poets place early last year and from the moment I moved in staff have been really helpful! I have had a few minor issues in the apartment, but was always kept upto date. Sadly had to move out in December to move home but the manager Laura was great help and I had my deposit back within 2 days!

Great Agent in Liverpool
I stayed in their apartment at Poets Place in Liverpool and had a good experience all through my 1 year of staying at the apartment.
They do monitor the environment and ensure tenants are well taken care of.
