Carlito's Group Ltd Omdömen 

In 2018 Carlitos did a superb kitchen installation for us. We have recently had to make a warranty claim from Wren. Tracey from Carlitos did an excellent job coordinating the supply of the replacement part and arranging for Billy to come and install the part.
Once again our experience of Carlitos was excellent with good communication, efficient friendly service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Would highly recommend Carlitos, communication was great with daily check ups when the work was being done. Any problems were sorted promptly and I was kept well informed.

I would highly recommend Carlitos. We requested their services for a 3rd time due to previous works being carried out to such a good standard. This time it was to paint the entire house internally. Our painter was Boris, he was punctual, polite and very tidy, always clearing up at the end of the day. He had to work around a lot of furniture that we could not move out of some of the rooms but nothing was a problem for him. Very pleased with the result. The ladies in the office rang daily to ensure we were happy with the progression of work. We will definitely be using them again.

We have been assigned to Carlitos by Wrens Kitchen. We had a misunderstanding initially as no one showed up on the installation date. After going in circles with Wren, fault was from Wren. Having said that Tracey from Carlitos has been very helpful to ensure that our installation was coordinated on the new date. Followed up daily to
ensure everything was good. The installer, Antonios was good and completed our install in just 3 days. We really love our kitchen and would recommend Carlitos.

To potential future customers,

This was some of our experience with Carlito’s Groups. The below issue could have been resolved in a friendly way saving stress and money by using their experience assessing the damage.
Time line:
30/11/24- Installer finished the fitting of units
01/12/24- electrician connected hob (this means the first completion sheet had to be signed without the hob actually being operational)
23/12/24- remedial works on end panel (hob was moved again)
16/01/25- we reported to Wren that we discovered the crack (additional info: we requested them to contact Carlito’s as they assigned the project to them)
It was two weeks roughly between the last disturbance of the appliance and the discovery of the crack. It easily can be an installation error as the hob expands when hot and can crack.

Stress damage - this is caused by the appliance being installed incorrectly. Where this has occurred, the instructions for the correct measurements have not been adhered to and the expansion when hot, has been restricted. This causes the appliance to crack across the glass. This can happen on the first time of use, or subsequent use. The consumer will need to contact their installer.

Thank you for your email.
As you have reported to Wren on the 16th what have they advised? There seems to be a large delay between you contacting Wren and then us if you initially believed us to be responsible?
Our position remains the same, as we have the photos that show the hob was not damaged on installation. It is disappointing that you are threatening with social media because you have not received the answer you would like from us, but we will not be forced to accept liability for something we are not responsible for. We will defend our position on social media with the evidence we have if required.
I believe your hob is an induction hob, which due to their design means they do not expand. The heat is generated directly within the cookware placed on the hob, meaning the hob itself stays relatively cool to the touch and does not experience significant temperature changes that would cause expansion, only the pan heats up significantly.
Carlito’s will always support our customers where we can however we cannot and will not be held responsible for damages not caused by us, that could easily have been caused accidently by the customer.

Would highly recommend Carlito’s, both the communication of progress with the job from Tracey and October and the quality of the work were excellent.

The Carlitos Group have just finished installing our wonderful kitchen during January 2025.
All of the team that visited us worked hard to ensure that everything went according to the plan. They worked cleanly and efficiently and we were kept up to date as they progressed and the ladies in the office telephoned us daily to ensure that we were happy with everything.
I would definitely use this company again and be happy to recommend them.

Carlos & the Carlito's team provided excellent support for our kitchen installation and the other modifications made to our home during the Aug-Oct 2024 period.

When ordering our Wren kitchen, we mentioned to the designer that we were intending to use Carlito's for the installation and they were very complementary and fully recommended Carlito's to us.

Aside from the kitchen fitting, led ably by Greg, we also had new flooring throughout most of the downstairs (thank you to Paul) as well as other building & plumbing works into the garage, so it felt like we met a lot of the different trades and team members from Carlito's. What we were consistently impressed by, aside from the workmanship, was their efforts to accommodate family life around them, working as cleanly and efficiently as possible. We found all of the guys easy to communicate with and really felt they really prioritised a few of the challenges faced.

A special thank you to Vicky, Tracey and October who seemed to have a good track of our build and diligently checked in to make sure we were OK and everything was running as expected.

Overall we had an excellent experience using Carlito's and we will be using them again for the next stages of our renovation, including decorative work.

Mark Woodrow was our Carlito's installer for a Wren kitchen. His workmanship was excellent, was always courteous and careful, communicated well and checked our wishes at each step. Highly recommend him.

The kitchen that I ordered from wren was fitted by Carlito's Group Ltd. They arrived when they said they would, done the strip out, tiled a new floor, fitted the kitchen and tiled the walls. The work was done to a good standard as well as the electrics and plumbing, leaving me to do the painting etc. I am extremely pleased with the finished product.

From start to finish Carlitos was the absolute best company to deal with!!

When we chose our Wren kitchen they put us in touch with Carlitos as the installation company.
They communicated with us from the start. Every appointment and every detail carefully noted .......they could do it all and priced accordingly. We had our own electrician as we were doing a whole house renovation so Carlitos worked around his schedule and vice versa. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems were quickly solved.
The communication with Tracey and the girls in the office was excellent.
Our fitter supplied by Carlitos Mark.....what can I say?!! Professional,polite,very capable,very conscientious ( worked till 6 most nights) always on time and a real problem solver ...again...nothing was too much trouble.
I would like to say a sincere thankyou to them all......we would certainly recommend Wren kitchens to anyone as their service was also first class but the company they chose for us Carlitos just made the whole process stress free and very pleasant.....thankyou!!!

We were very impressed with the work that Carlito's carried out and the service received.
We were told from the start, what day each tradesperson would arrive and everything rang like clockwork. Each tradesperson was professional, polite and friendly and the office called daily to check if there were any issues and if we were happy with everything.
We were really pleased with the end result. Great quality and workmanship. We would recommend Carlito's and will definitely consider using them again for any future projects.

Another great job by the Carlitos Group, we now have a lovely bathroom finished the way we pictured, the guys who did all the work were professional and kept the house clean, Greg who did the tile work is a 10/10. We gave them a key to the house while we went away on holiday, Carlos, the owner of the company, kept us updated with the progress and we can highly recommend this company.

The fitter was on time, very helpful and did a great job fitting my wardrobes. Leaving no mess and just got on with the job in a professional manner.

Carlitos were appointed as our insurance claim contractors following an accident at our house which resulted in considerable damage to our gate (I drove through it!), flower bed (demolished completely) and outside flint wall. On the inside we had an entrie wall with major cracks and laminated render and plaster.

Communication with Carlitos was quick and efficient and everyone turned up when they said they would and everything we expected to be done was done to a very high standard in a short period of time. All staff were very friendly and courteous. We would have no hesitation in asking Carlitos do do another job for us and will recommend them to friends and family . Thank you Carlitos.

Just have my Wren's Kitchen installed by them. Can be pricey, but they did an amazing job. From their admin - Vicky who always come back to me with all my queries. Lewis (plumber) who is easy to talk to and can be approached do some small stuff with no hassle! Van who did a really good job with the Installations. You have a good team of people Jon!

We have just had several Wren bedroom units fitted. The whole experience from both Wren and Carlito's was a joy. We wish that all companies were half as good and would not hesitate too recommend them both.

In December 2022 our terrace house was completely flooded, from loft to ground floor. It was completely uninhabitable and after 8 months of quibbling with the insurance company we finally got agreement to have repairs undertaken. Our life changed!
Carlito's was commissioned and we cannot thank the whole team enough for giving us back our home. The refurbishment work (electrical rewire, replacing walls and ceilings, new laminated flooring, painting and plastering, and more) was done to a high standard in a professional, efficient and timely manner. Absolutely everyone on the team - Carlos, all the artisans and admin were amazing at keeping us updated on developments, answering our numerous queries and supporting us through the process.
