Car Leasing People Omdömen

It can often be a pain getting a new car but honestly it was a dream from start to finish! TOM was amazing; helpful, really friendly and responsive! We will definitely be using them for our next cars.

Excellent Service from Total Vehicle Leasing in helping me with the Mercedes C200 AMG Line Coupe, massive shout out for Spencer Posner who was amazing!
Looking forward to dealing with you in 2 years!!
Merry Christmas!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Spencer couldn't do anymore, his customer service from the minute i applied was second to none, nothing was ever to much trouble for him. Our 1st time leasing and it was a smooth ride no stress at all :) we are over the moon with our new car. 100% recommend! Extremely happy thank you for all your help Spencer :)

Brilliant service. I ordered a car just over 2 weeks ago and it was delivered on time 2 days ago. Cannot praise them enough. I dealt with Mike Bunning from start to finish who kept in touch and answered every question.
5* service

Excellent service from start to finish. From the first call to enquire to taking delivery of the car Mike Bunning and the team provided first class information on quotes and options, assisted with the paperwork to make this hassle free and delivery of the car was on time and as promised. It made the process of changing my car a pleasure rather than a chore - Thank you Mike and the team.

The person in charge of my account Mike Bunning was extremely helpful and very resourceful when it came to any sort of information I'd need. Worked extremely hard to sort a hiccup I had with the finance company and got it underway. 5 out of 5

Spencer and the team at Total vehicle Leasing made the whole experience of leasing very easy. It was the first time I had thought about leasing, and they were credibly helpful in taking me through the steps to get the car I wanted as quickly as possible.
I was a reasonably difficult customer after recently moving house and getting married (name change) however, they were able to ensure that the finance went through quickly and efficiently.

Can't recommend them enough.

The whole process from putting in the order to receiving the car was such a breeze and with top quality customer service. I put in my order forms to Freddie Read who was very helpful in retrieving deals and information on what cars I could afford in my budget. When I handed in my first finance forms it was accepted within a couple of days which was great as I had a time limit to give back my old car. Soon as I knew it and filled out my final few forms I received a call on what day was best for the car to be delivered. I’m over the moon with my new car and didn't think it would be this easy. Much appreciated to Freddie Read and the team!!!

It’s hard to find a decent leasing company, but dealing with TVL for me was a pleasant experience - Scott and the team were extremely professional, prompt and helpful.
Their professionalism and assistance were top class. I feel like they deserved my business for all the hard work and my multiple questions and phone calls, would I recommend TVL - absolutely! They tick every box...... Thank you Scott and team.

I had spoken to a number of companies whilst searching for the right lease car and Total Vehicle Leasing were by far the most helpful to deal with. It's a large commitment to make so I wanted to be sure I was making the right choice.

My point of contact was Scott Rigg, a great guy and very helpful throughout the whole process. Very responsive and worked with me to find the right deal. I'm very happy with the service Scott provided and will not hesitate recommending friends and family to TVL.

I have recently taken delivery of a brand new Volvo XC60 T4 Edition from car leasing people. As well as being delighted with the car, I was overwhelmed with the efficiency and courtesy of the staff. They knew what they were talking about, (even with me asking lots of questions about the specification) chatty and friendly. Making every stage of the process trouble-free.

If you are thinking of leasing a new vehicle don’t avoid car leasing people so as to save a few quid elsewhere.

From first contact to delivery of car it was 1 week, 1 day. Both Scott and Leanne were extremely helpful and professional and I've already recommended TVL to friends. Love my new car too.

Spencer made this process very easy and comfortable. I was dealing with many lease companies at the time and now regret not finding Spencer/total vehicle leasing first for my wifes car.

Will definitely be dealing with them again when my leases need renewing.

Spencer Posner, was a awesome account manger , nothing was to much, and look after me, even through I was phoning him 2-3 a day.
Thank you for everything that you did for me, and also Leanne Spooner | Sales Support.
Thank you,

Seamless experience from start to finish. Whole process took less than 3 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery of vehicle and got the exact specification I wanted. Speedy communication from account manager Scott and Leanne in his absence whenever I had any queries. Would definitely use TVL again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a competitive price and quick turnaround time on a lease.

I had an excellent experience dealing with both Sophie, who helped me with financing and ordering, and Kelsey, who kept me regularly updated right up until delivery. I would recommend Total Vehicle Leasing for anyone looking to lease a new car!

I would recommend Total Vehicle Leasing to anyone. Scott and Leanne were absolutely brilliant, always extremely pleasant and friendly. Very smooth process, they kept me informed from start to finish and the car was delivered on time as promised. Fantastic company & service, I will most definitely use them in the future. Thank you

I would highly recommend Total Vehicle Leasing. Mike was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process of my vehicle leasing. This was my fist lease and Mike was very friendly and was great at explaining and taking me through everything. Many thanks for such a smooth process Mike!
