Car Leasing People Omdömen

I’ve dealt with numerous leasing companies in the past and had varying degrees of experience. Car Leasing were very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure from any of the team. Special shout out to Scott who was really helpful and great to deal with. Thank you team.

I can highly recommend car leasing people, I was dealing with Scott who was great from the start and helped me throughout the process making it simple for myself.

Very helpful agents. Prompt and clear communication.

First experience with Leasing resulting in many questions which Scott always answered in a timely and courteous manner. I would certainly recommend this company. Delighted with the car. Great service.

My wife and I were doing comparisons for leasing deals and we came across this company. We have never leased a car before but thought it was a good option for us after researching.

We never heard of TVL but after checking the trustpilot scores of several leasing companies, we felt that this was the best fit for us.

We have now taken ownership of a new EV and TVL have been outstanding. There are a lot of comments referencing Lee and Scott and I have to say that they have exceeded our expectations and looked to keep us up to date throughout. If they said they would call, they did and we have felt supported especially as this was new to us.

Excellent service from start to finish, one very happy customer !

I had a very great experience getting the car with car leasing people, very helpful, easy to deal with, and very happy with the outcome, comparing to other leasing companies, especially James Ollerenshaw did an amazing job, keeping me updated on everything and sorting out any issues. Definitely highly recommended to anyone.

I had an easy and friendly transaction with James Ollerenshaw at Car Leasing People on a new car lease. Process is sleek and James have been informative and customer centric. I would recommend Car Leasing People for anyone looking for new lease, they got attractive offers and zero processing fees!!

Smooth and thorough service from beginning to end! The team at Car Leasing People were incredibly helpful and rapid! Would highly recommend 😊

Terrific service from Scott and Lee. I had a specific car in mind and despite the ever changing limited stock Scott did his best to get the right car at the best price and before the tight deadline I needed. You cannot ask for more. There was no pressure, no trying to get me to take alternatives and I was kept well informed from start to finish. They are a real breath of fresh air in the leasing market and I won't hesitate to recommend and use them in future. Cheers lads.

Wonderful friendly and efficient service.
I recommend this team to anyone leasing a car.
Patrick.

Absolutely cannot fault Total Vehicle Leasing. Andrew and Lee was extremely helpful from the start to the end. They kept me updated throughout and the process was smooth and just want you need when you are extremely busy.

Thank you Andrew and Lee, I would 100% recommend you to everyone!!

I leased a Tesla Model 3. Despite leasing many cars in the past, the tesla process is quite different. However Andrew navigated his way through this for me and was always very attentive. I would definitely use again when we are next ready to lease.

Total Vehicle Leasing Rocks! I normally like a jolly good moan but I can’t fault Andrew & Lee and the team. They were efficient, fast & extremely helpful. I’m now the proud owner (ok - lessee!) of a new ID3. Thank you and good luck! Best John

I bought a VW tiguan and it's has been great from start to finish.
I was dealing with Scott and Lee and both of them have been very professional. Always kept me updated on car status and lastly they made sure the deal suited my needs. 5 star to the guys at your team.

My first experience of leasing, Scott and Lee very professional, caring and efficient in dealing with all my queries and ensuring a smooth process, Many Thanks!

Great communication throughout. Competitive pricing. I would recommend this company when purchasing a lease car.

Scott and Lee helped me with everything. The service they provided was very professional and we manged to finish everything on time.

Great service, Scott and Lee handled everything and kept me informed.

I came across TVL over 18 months ago and nearly committed to an amazingly gorgeous and expensive sports car they were offering at a fantastic deal. Despite the whole process, I changed my mind last minute as had to be financially logical, but Scott Rigg’s (Account Manager) customer service was A*, he was helpful, friendly, and non-judgemental when I cancelled. Amongst so many lease companies online, it was his customer service that I remembered which guided me back to TVL and ended up leasing a car through them last month. (I nearly went through another provider but they were so pushy, and ‘sales’ driven, it felt like peer pressure and force than valuable customer appreciation. That’s when I remembered TVL and Scott, and decided to go to TVL and see if they could help with what I wanted.. and Goodness... not only did they beat the bigger company’s offer by £14 a month, their service was a million times better!!!

Their approach is client focused, communication is instant, easy access via emails and calls, you don’t feel like a customer lost to their to do list/queue, and Scott was on my lease application instantly, chasing the dealership, finance process etc, it was great process from getting quotes, to application, to delivery arrangement. From A to Z, not one single worry, concern or upset.

And not to mention he managed to offer the best deal amongst all the other deals I had come across.

Thanks Scott,

Also many thanks to Lee Taylor (Sales Support) for the follow up checks and emails.

I am already back in touch with TVL enquiring about another car for family.

Impressed - thank you. A*
