Car Leasing People Omdömen

My requirement was for a new lease car as quickly as possible and Total Vehicle Leasing delivered. The whole deal was done for an in-stock vehicle in under 3 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery. Mike Bunning, the account manager I dealt with was extremely helpful and communicated everything in detail from start to finish. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good lease deal with helpful staff.

First time I have been through this process, must say Scott looked after me from start to finish within the process.

Was looking for a Mercedes C class but wanted the E class but was a little costly on most platforms, eventually found me an E class cheaper then the C class, brilliant result !!

Many Thanks

I had a brilliant experience with Total Vehicle Leasing and in particular Mike Bunning, who I spoke with at every stage and was really great with all queries, big or small. We wanted a vehicle sooner than the usual 10 week wait period for a factory order and Mike made the effort to locate one in the colour we wanted that had just arrived in U.K. port. So we got it within less than a month. Delivery was easy - straight to our home. Excellent value too. Highly recommended!

I have flipped between a one to five star rating so on average I am giving a three star rating. Downsides: had car delivery repeatedly delayed for nearly two months at large expense to myself having to rent a car to plug the gap. At one point, the agreed car was going to be delayed by 3 months, having been told it was reserved, myself having paid and contract signed. Upside: they were in regular contact, made quick amends, apologised and did the best they could although as a broker they were limited in their power to effect change.

From the start Scott Rigg was extremely helpful in setting up my new contract. This was my second attempt to lease a car, the first company (that shall remain nameless) failed dismally. It was refreshing to deal with Scott who was very patient with my many questions. I am very happy with the car choice I made and the leasing company I used. I can thoroughly recommend TOTALVehicleLeasing.

Great deal and great customer service from Mike - I would happily recommend Mike and TVL to anyone!

Mike was great to work with. Did me a great deal.
Thanks for all the effort

Scott was very helpful, very responsive and always on call throughout the process. Would thoroughly recommend him and Total Vehicle Leasing.

Absolutely superb service, great communication and fabulous prices. Can't say any more but would highly recommend Scott and his colleagues.

Scott from Total vehicle Leasing did a great job in sourcing the exact specification for my wife's new car including several changes in spec! thanks for your hard work in sourcing the correct car and saving her a 12 week wait!

I had a very pleasant experience buying my new PCH lease from total vehicle leasing. Mike Bunning gave me the best deal i could found for my new VW Golf GTI performance so I couldn't say no! He explained everything over the phone and was replying instantly to my emails so all of my questions were solved. The process run smoothly and the vehicle was delivered after 6 weeks from my order. I highly recommend total vehicle leasing and Mike Bunning because they deliver great service.

Absolutely great team, from the off Mike explained all my options and put my mind to rest on several issues. Great procedure and would highly recommend.

My first experience of leasing and delighted to have chosen Total. Mike and the team were excellent in providing advice and made the progress really simple and straightforward. The whole process was quick and everything happened on schedule with no confusion. I would highly recommend Mike and the team in helping you choose a suitable lease vehicle.

This was my first experience of leasing a car and I contacted Total Vehicle Leasing along with a number of other companies. Mike and Andrew stood out from their competitors and were by far the most efficient. They were very easy to deal with and managed to find me what I was looking for within a very short space of time. Mike knew I was keen to take delivery of the car as soon as possible and managed to arrange delivery for me in a week! The customer service was great and I would recommend without hesitation.

Mike found me exactly the car I was looking for and it was all sorted quickly and efficiently! Will be recommending to anyone who will listen :-)

Very happy. Everything in terms of spec and price was made very clear and excellent customer service from start to finish. Got a trailer delivery as a gesture, which was a nice surprise.

I can't speak highly enough of TLV and in particular Mike Bunning and Leanne Spooner.
Being new to leasing they helped me through the process, which went so smoothly. I knew exactly which car I wanted and Mike found it for me, with no fuss.
Leanne was always on hand to answer any questions I had, however daft they were.
Really recommend TLV and dealing with Mike and Leanne was a pleasure

Scott has been fantastic through the whole process! I Would highly recommend him and TVL to anyone and have already advised family members to try them. Scott made everything straight forward and answered any questions I had.
