Having shopped around in this competitive company car lease market, they were, by far, the most competitive. They offered friendly and expert advice with a really well managed process to back it up. I've already recommended them to a couple of contacts who are looking at leasing electric cars through their respective companies.

Whilst most of our work concentrates on sourcing the vehicle and making sure it is the right one for the customer, we also rely on the delivery company. It seems you did have good service from the driver despite having to assist him - which actually makes you a 'good samaritan' so thank you.
The most important thing is you have your new car - enjoy it !

Top Class Service
This is my third EV lease since 2020, and e-Car Lease have been by far the best broker I’ve dealt with.
I had some quite specific requirements that didn’t fit the usual lease offerings, but Andy went out of his way to source the exact spec and options I wanted from the dealer network. The paperwork was sorted quickly and the car was delivered within just a couple of weeks - amazing service!
Highly recommend e-Car Lease for anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused leasing experience. I'll be back for the next one for sure.
