Despite encountering some issues with the delivery of my order, the way their team handled the situation was truly commendable. The representative was courteous and genuinely concerned.

I got my products eventually and they were just as fantastic as I had hoped.

So glad I discovered this! Perfect way for Caribbean people living abroad to keep home close. I can order my favorite childhood snacks and within days, I have my trini yummy treats in Florida!

Well over three weeks ago, I placed an order for 16 items totally over $100, and none of the items have been received. I tried contacted the merchant, and I’m yet to get a resolution. Beware of this merchant.

Notified twice that my order has been delayed because of higher-than-normal order volume. Oh, puhleeze! I suspect they just don't have the product to ship but won't say so because that would not encourage future orders for anything. I've told them to keep the 20% discount on a future order because there won't be one ever and can cancel my unreceived order and keep the money. I don't care anymore.

No communication. No e-mail no phone calls answered. No product shipped

I should’ve done my homework and learn more about this company before I sent them my hard earn money. From last year I’ve been waiting on my product from this company and up to this moment nothing. I tried several times to reach out, got some feedback but if late nothing. Seems like they made off with my money. Me trying to support one of my own and this is what I get. Absolutely nothing for over $100.

I placed an order on February 13 2023 in the amount of around $40. After about 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I reached out via email. The response was someone will be in contact in two business days. After 5 days nothing. Reached out via email, again but there was no response.

Ordered over $100 dollars worth of products on 3/5/23. Received confirmation of order. On 3/6/23 the funds were taken from my bank account and I received an email that my order was on its way, although I was not given tracking info. I have sent several emails from my aol account, phoned and left messages, tried live chatting, and no response. Not sure this is a scam because I see various positive reviews online, but extremely disappointed with their non-existence customer service. It definitely gives island folks business owners a very bad name. I am trying to be patient but at some point if no response I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This is not a trusted website please don't waste time and money here. They are nothing but scammers. I ordered from them online and never hear back from them unanswered calls and unanswered emails. It was my first time ordering items from their website and it was one of my worst experiences.
