Good value for money
Good extra cover, cmpared to the exhorbitant cover offered by the car rental companies anywhere in europe, so well worth it. In 15 yers only had one incident, car was broken in, and personal items stolen, car Hire excess refunded the cost of the damage to teh car and the value of the goods stolen.

The call taker was really helpful however your phone service is diabolical and will put me off dealing with you again. Last wednesday evening I was the next caller in the queue for 30 minutes.

I’ve used CarHireExcess a few times now…
I’ve used CarHireExcess a few times now on our US holidays and it’s been great every time. It’s really affordable and easy to deal with. We had a puncture once and the reimbursement was sorted out quickly with no hassle. Definitely a company I’d recommend, and I’ll keep using them for our holiday car rentals.
