WASTE OF TIME
After months of trying to use this total nonsense service to export to a customer in Egypt I am about ready to give up. An absolutely absurd "service" (if it can even be called that) which is as clear as mud.

Time waster
All shipments to Egypt require this nonsense. Why is it that Egypt is such an exceptional country to require this sort of time-wasting and inefficient procedure?? It all feels so much like a scam.

Although some time has passed since you left this review, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The CargoX platform allows pre-arrival risk assessment, a transition to a paperless workflow and ensures document security.
Potentially a scam?
We paid the fee, and it was accepted.
The ONLY communication we receive now is to pay the fee again.
I think it's a scam, but without anyone to speak to or any open lines of communication, I cannot even confirm or deny this with them. Our fee has just been taken and our account is still non-operational until we pay the fee, which we have?? Catch 22 which is a classic scam tactic. I hope they would prove me wrong, but they can't even send an email!
