Car Finance Genie Omdömen

Just want to say the biggest thank you to James/sam they have made mine and my partners experience easy weight lifting stress free and quick they were always available through out the day to answer questions no matter how many times a day they would answer and respond they were a laugh and fun to talk to made sure we had various options on cars to choose from and the process was extremely quick it was impressive

The big finance companies shut the door because I hadn’t lived in the UK for 3+ years.
Car Finance didn’t.
They stepped in when no one else would and made getting my car on HP simple.
You didn’t just approve me — you gave me my independence back.
Car Finance said “let’s sort it.”
You gave me more than a car. You gave me mobility, opportunity, and peace of mind. Thank you.

They went about and beyond to help me find a car that was to my liking and to my budget , absolutely fantastic service would definitely recommend

Very professional and friendly

Absolutely amazing service, very professional, very smooth and fast from start to finish.
Leo and James are the reps that assisted me and they were brilliant. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend.

Sam was great throughout the process. Patience and supportive. Finally made a decision and couldn’t be more happier.

The help and response I got from CarFinanceGenie was swift and top notch. I’ll totally recommend

David made the experience easy, everything was done for me from start to finish, all I had to do was sign papers and choose my car.

The customer service was exceptional, I had previous issues with another company and I cannot tell you how highly I would recommend this company for a swift and non complicated service. I dealt with Albie who went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after with daily comms and updates. Highly recommend this company. If I could give more stars I would.

Amazing from start to finish , would deal with him again in a flash , unbelievable from start to finish , got me a deal where most couldn’t

Very good customer service. Helpful staff members

Great fast decision great choice of vehicles and delivery options would highly recommend

Very simple process was quick and easy, was surprised at how efficient the whole process was - would recommend highly!

You guys used the Hyundai Santafe car for finance but you sold it to someone else. So my feedback is 0. Thanks.

Albie was amazing. I was worried my credit score wouldn't allow me to get a car on finance, and he was so reassuring and made sure i got the best deal with the lowest possible interest. When the car i had my heart set on sold before I had a chance to finalise the sale, Albie went out of his way to find one the exact same model and make and ensured I got it delivered quickly and with no fuss! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has reservations about using a finance company.

Albie is 100% genuine and goes the extra mile to find you a car you want , can’t fault him at all , well pleased with the work he did for me highly recommended

Everything from the beginning till the very end were easy...I recommend them to everyone...really helpful in almost the ways ..thank you..

It was a long time since I purchased a vehicle and they made it respectful, assuring with all the details.

A great experience! I picked the car I wanted and collected it 3 days later. Finance was sorted within the same day and was so quick and easy.
