My last review got removed because…
My last review got removed because apparently you cannot state staff members names. However I can see the staff members name already mentioned on a GOOD review so removing a honest review based on the fact it doesn’t look good on your business goes to show how much this company care in the first place about the issues there causing.
Be very careful when dealing with this company. I have evidence of everything and I am currently taking this to the ombudsman however this company will scam you. The car I purchased a month ago has several issues with the AC, keys and I still haven’t even received the log book documents.
I made a formal complaint and got dismissed and not even been offered a sincere apology. They’ve continued to back track on their agreements which I have in writing thankfully and treated me so badly. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you want to buy a broken car with endless amount of stress and staff that don’t care about you.

You will be surprised
I never thought i would get HP to buy a car, being a pensioner.
From the first phone contact with Aliyah all the way through to buying a car, I was helped through start to finish,
Even asking me if I was happy with my new vehicle,
Would recommend to anyone, even if you think you don't have a chance, just phone them up . Ask for Aliyah, and find the car of your dreams. 5* all the way.

Was asked the same questions at least twice was told that my finance was approved when I got home with the car the dealership phoned to say that it had not been approved
