Subscription Cancellation
I will say I forgot to cancel my subscription, only needed one car VIN lookup, and was charged for 4 months unknowingly. Luckily I caught one month and called about fraud, and was told about my subscription. Rather than issue a month refund, they gave me the entire 4 month period back. This company is driven by good customer service first and then money afterwards.

I noticed that my car’s cooling fan was constantly running even when the engine was cold and the outside temperature was low. At first I thought it was a wiring issue or maybe the ECU was acting up. Car Expert advised me to check the coolant temperature sensor and that was it. The sensor was faulty and giving false readings. Replaced it and everything went back to normal. Very helpful and specific advice.
