Care Hearted Omdömen 

My Dad, John, suffered from late-stage Alzheimer's and required dedicated care in the final months of his life. Care Hearted stepped in during his last three months, and I am incredibly thankful for the support they provided.

Dad's primary caregivers, James and Vera, were nothing short of exceptional. Their compassion and genuine concern for his well-being made all the difference. He seemed more at peace when they were around, and I could tell he was comforted by their presence.

Losing Dad has been incredibly hard, but James and Vera will always have a special place in our hearts for the kindness and dignity they showed him in his final moments.

This should be called no hearted, I left a review on there Facebook page and all reviews have been removed so am now leaving a review on hear to let people know what we had to put up with. mum had these carers last year started off ok but then loads of medication errors , medication not given properly. Medication missed . Medication given to close together. When complaints were made nothing was done, only got met with very rude staff. Meals not cooked right mum was given spaghetti bolognaise with her pudding and custard put on same plate. Medication lost they contacted chemist claiming it was missing from blister pack only to be told it was not in the blister pack then they lied to cover them selves when asked about this they were very rude. I felt like they were putting my mum in danger. The left her with wet beds. Pads not changed .They had somone come out to watch there carers work even he could not be leave what he was seeing and said himself it was awful care.They did not like the fact I put safe guarding in over medication errors And got my mums social worker in. And I reported them to cqc and spoke to them during them being inspected by cqc.
To cover for themselves they decided to terminate my mums care saying there was a breakdown in communication with the family . There was no breakdown they just did bad care and the manager called Maria was very arguing and left me with with no carer only told me when I seen my mum this was there last visit and that they would be stopping my mums care. They didn’t even let social worker know this. I ended up doing my mums care myself. These carers are a danger and would not recommend them to anyone. Would not even leave my dog with them.

It’s has been quite great, this is a company I will like to work with for a long period of time. And to build my career with.

My Mum Mary had advanced dementia and needed care in the last year or so of her life.
Care Hearted took over her care for the 3 months or so before she passed away.
Her carer's were Stella and Dorothy who are 2 amazing ladies. They were incredibly compassionate and caring and Mum was always happy to see them. She was brighter when they were with with her.
I miss my Mum and she will be forever in our hearts as will Stella and Dorothy for their wonderful kindness.

This has been an interesting journey so far,initially, I had the idea of support being different from the usual care home care giving to residents but this has proven more interesting. There is full engagement and formation of relationship among the carer and client. Clear understanding of clients needs and easy to make assessment accordingly to clients care plan. Very pleased I ventured into this job opportunity.
