Adam conducted a very real mock interview. While this was quite nerve-wracking, I gained some really useful insights and tips in the process. After several attempts to gain a promotion, with Adam's assistance, I finally managed it.

He helped me to improve my answers to make sure I covered everything but I liked that my answers were still honest and not embellished.
