If you are like me the most soul-crushing part during job hunting isn't interviews, it's the endless and meticulous tweaking of the resumes, not just to match the role, but the formatting. Renewal and Refund concerns- Lack of Support from the team.

I signed up for Careerflow to explore their career development tools, which are generally well-organized and useful. However, I faced an unexpected subscription renewal charge.

I reached out to the support team to resolve the issue. While the initial response included a request to leave a review before processing the refund, I maintained clear communication about the circumstances. The team has now agreed to process the refund, which I appreciate and now I am waiting for the refund and whats scary is the team is not responding.

My advice for new users is to check subscription settings carefully. Overall, the platform has potential, and I appreciate the support team addressing my concern.

I hope Careerflow continues to improve its billing and support processes.

I’m a senior professional and haven’t…

I’m a senior professional and haven’t had to find a job in over 10 years. I usually got jobs directly from my network and recruiters - so navigating the job search was a pain. My career coach swears by Careerflow and I totally see why!

I really enjoyed using the Careerflow platform especially for the resume building and interview practice aspects. I loved how it not only had the basics down but the AI and browser extension are really solid to easily click through and get everything into my tracker, it fills applications, and the easy access to cover letters.

Poor Data Practices and No Easy Way to Delete Account

Besides having a subpar resume building tool that won't stop trying to shove bullets where they don't belong. Careerflow.ai is a frustrating and opaque platform when it comes to user privacy. There’s no option to delete your account directly, which is a basic feature every service handling personal data should offer. Instead, they require you to email support and wait until the end of the month to be added to some “deletion queue.” That’s not just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable and borderline negligent in terms of data protection.Poor Data Practices and No Easy Way to Delete Account
