The frustration associated with the accounts team for this organisation is very very stressful. I have been paying every fortnight without hesitation amd they continue to Debit $10 every time they say a payment didn't go out despite me sending through my statements??? They just won't listen to me. Keep saying talk to your bank??? I have spoken to my bank on numerous occasions. They keep telling me payment went out? They owe me $100's of dollars in fees they've deducted, but they won't acknowledge it. Very very stressful :(

I had been enjoying my studies and working through the modules until I came to Accounting with Sage and QuickBooks, I went through the course material and got through the Quiz part. Then came the practice exercise for QuickBooks. No matter what I did I could not get the practice exercise to work, so I went on the Student Forum and found I was not alone. Then tutor Bethan Hart came to my assistance. She was AMAZING. No words can describe her help to me. I was actually going to give up the course I got that frustrated. However, because of Bethan I am continuing with my studies. She was patient, understanding extremely helpful and got me through my 'melt down'. I have done a few courses and found that some tutors and tell you what to do but are not able to show you, others can show you how to work something out but cannot explain properly how to do something. This is certainly not the case with Bethan. She not only knew the topic, but also knew how to explain everything to me. I would have to say that Bethan is exactly what you require in a tutor. Her very online presence combined with her understanding of both course material and student issues leave nothing to be desired. Believe me had it not been for Bethan's continued support, her knowledge of course material, her outstanding patience (I sent a lot of questions), her ability to make me feel that it was a one on one classroom experience, her words of encouragement and reassurance gave me the confidence I needed to finish the module, assessment completed and submitted, but much more than that because of my interaction with Bethan over the last few days and because of her kindness, words of encouragement I have made the decision to continue with the rest of the course. It is only for Behan's support that I must thank for battling on. It is, from my experience, the Career Academy as a tutor that they can certainly consider an asset to their team. I am sure the other tutors are equally as good, but I can only comment on the one tutor who I have been in contact with and supported me. As I said only for Bethan, I would not be finishing the rest of the course and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you most sincerely Bethan for all your support especially during the last few days, I sincerely appreciate everything you done and thank you for giving me the self-confidence to finish out the course. So thank you Bethan.
