OMG! This book opened my eyes to how I am/was; but didn’t realize those traits until seeing them in print. I was shocked! It was like looking in a mirror that showed me my reactions and many blind-spots that I wish I was aware of earlier in my life! I highly recommend reading this one—and the younger you are—the better. It definitely blessed me—to see me…and FREE me!

I had read the book 1 1/2 times, however today my experience resulted and hinged on my expectations. I had to truly become transparent to myself. The author's APBS, as painful as they were, pushed me to become honest with myself, and the things that motivate me.
