Very frustrated that I have not received a refund for an item that I cancelled even though I was told that the refund has been sent. My emails to follow up have received
brief unhelpful responses. The phone number given does not work at all. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent service through the whole process, highly recommend - I order the item on Monday, delivered the next day, I had an issue fitting the item, so the advisor asked us me to come in and within a few minutes solved the issue. Polite, credible and caring and very much recommend this business. Fantastic pre and post-sales service leaving a customer super happy.

Great website, easy to use would highly recommend this company. My order was delivered fast, fitting was easy, but fell off after fitting!! so I rang them! they were very sorry and sent me another replacement out free of charge. I have again fitted it but with clear stickall as backup.

I ordered a left hand passenger mirror for my fiesta. Item delivered quickly and promptly by DHL. It was best price I could find and although it’s came in grey rather than white as I thought it would it is absolutely perfect and nothing a can of spray paint won’t fix😘

Fake site do not trust. I ordered a replacement mirror from here paid for it, the money has gone from my account but it’s not arrived. I’ve tried to call the customer service number provided and it’s incorrect!! RIP OFF! DO NOT USE

Re. my Order Id:114243, for a replacement mirror glass + holder for my Peugeot 208, I was extremely pleased with the service from cardoormirrors.com. Having placed the order on the afternoon of December 20th, I received the part and had fitted it before midday the following day - a minor disaster rectified so quickly - absolutely excellent!!

Very fast service. I ordered a replacement mirror with backing on the Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. The replacement fit perfectly, would definitely shop with them again if needed. I recommend them a lot as the pricing is a lot better than what you would find elsewhere!

Good product, great price, fast delivery.

I ordered a RHS mirror for a VW Beetle Cabriolet just before 3PM yesterday. The correct mirror arrived by 11AM today, and I had fitted it by 11:15. Fits perfect, sticks well and I really have to say that this was a very pleasant customer experience.

The mirror was easy to find using my registration. This was 100% better than my experience at Halfords, where they supplied me with the wrong size mirror and refused to update the system to prevent it happening to others! Also, Halfords charged me £27 for their brand of mirror, but I bought an equivalent product for just £6 from cardoormirrors. I also paid for the courier delivery because I needed it fast.

Over last couple of years I have ordered two door mirrors, using their own very lucid ordering form, from this company. On both occasions they have sent the wrong one. First time they sent the driver's side when I ordered passenger side, now they send blue tinted mirror when ordered silver.
The initial delivery time was very quick... but pointless if they can't send the right mirror.

Ordered 16:16, here by 11:30 next day. Fitted replacement mirror glass to my van easily. Saved £27.28 compared to a local supplier.

I received the item ok but it become faulty after 3 days. Contacted them and I was told I would get a replacement, contacted them 3 more times but just sounded like I was being ignored.

After nearly 3 weeks I had a text from the mail carrier letting me know I was expecting a delivery which was the replacement mirror.

I know it’s not their fault that my product was fault but the whole process of getting a replacement was not best handled by them. I always felt like I was never getting anywhere with them. An email would have been nice just keeping me up to date on this process or just letting me know if they were waiting on orders

Just a note as well. The contact section doesn’t seem to work at all and I never got a response back from sending them emails.
