Cardoc were very helpful when I needed a tail light replacement. I walked in without an appointment and the job was completed in half an hour. The reception staff were very friendly and clear on pricing. The reception area was very clean and modern and was very comfortable to wait in.

From start to finish very professional service, quote was competitive, l required service, Mot and tyres done which was all done at the same place, not all garages can do that. Icing on the cake was that they picked up and returned the car all on the same day.

I went to this company for an MOT and an interim service - as it was local to me and more importantly it showed a 5 star review for the Good Garage Scheme and a 4 star for Yell.com on their website.
My MOT was failed as a result of a faulty Hazard light switch. The rep said it is a typical problem on the Aygo and they can't get the part. I thus ordered the part from Holland - paying 91 euros for a prompt delivery. However, upon collection found no issues with this switch and the mechanic passed the MOT.
There were several other issues on their promises and it turns out they don't have an account with the Good Garage Scheme anymore. They cancelled a while back but did not update their website. I made a complaint listing a range of issues and the owner made excuses and has only offered to refund £48 for the MOT. I am taking this further and it may end up in court.

I have been using this local garage for some time now and always find Paul to be a reliable and trustworthy person for handling my car’s work. I would highly recommend using this local garage for your needs.

Cardoc was a savior for me today. I came all the way from Bucks to Harrow on a Saturday morning and found my MOT is expiring today. Called a friend of mine and he recommended me Cardoc. Called their phone number and Paul picked up. With all possible ways to help, he patiently listened to me and offered me a place in the queue on a Saturday, which is obviously one of the busiest days I believe. He also quoted the price upfront and checked if I am ok with it. When I arrived there, I found everything precisely well-organised and had a great chat with Mahesh V and Paul there. Superb friendly guys and very much professional. Got the MOT done well within the time and with no extra or hidden charges. Have already recommend their details to the community I live. Definitely going to have all my future car work done there. Highly recommend to everybody.

This relates to a service and MOT. I was, usefully, reminded that my MOT was due. As ever, very efficient, professional service. They knew who I was when I went into the office, kept me up to date with how things were going, knew what had been done previously, etc. - I really don't see how it could be more professional. A garage I absolutely trust.

Excellent work by the Cardoc team, my cars drivers side rear cabin floor kept filling up with water whenever it rained, spoke to Cardoc and told them where I felt the leak was occurring from.After there investigation work had taken place they agreed the leak was indeed where I found it and priced up the job to repair and dry the carpet/foam underlay.

I was pleasantly impressed with there attention to detail along with video and pictures of the forensics carried out on the car.

I would highly recommend Cardoc to anyone.
