Cardiff & Vale Credit Union Omdömen

CCU are both very friendly and extremely helpful, I found dealing with them a breeze and I would highly recommend them

Staff are really helpful.. Easy to apply for my loan decision and money in my account within a few days.

I think is quite simple with credit union compared to other places and peace of mind.

I sent an email with a change of address details and had a telephone call within 24 hours and also a response to my query. Fantastic service.

My employer has a payroll exchange program with Cardiff and Vale Credit Union which makes saving so easy. I don't even see it leave my bank account as it is taken beforehand. I would never have been able to save as much without them.

The process of increasing and decreasing how much you put it and taking money out is so simple and often is in my account the same day.

Quick, easy and fast

I have been a member since the concept when there were just a few hundred of us members. Over the years it has grown to become one of the most trusted and professional unions who over the years have help thousands of applicants. Quick , efficient and always a friendly helpful voice over the phone. I regard it as an old friend and have no hesitation in recommending this service.

My experience was very good, staff always very helpful and quick in responding. I have been with credit union for a long time and never had any problems highly recommended

Due to an unfortunate event of my Iphone being stolen from a bus journey I was left in a position of having to pay a very hefty sum to my phone provider for a new one. I literally had nowhere to turn to for help with money to get it replaced. I rang my credit union & went in for an appointment & thanks to the staff in the Cardiff office I was able to now get a replacement phone. Im forever grateful firstly & secondly they just went out of their way to help me in what was a really stressful episode as needed the phone for work above anything else. Just to say a massive thank you to you all.
Kindest Regards

I have been a member of the credit union for over 10 years. It is the perfect way to save regularly and when borrowing, the rates are competitive and the process is so easy. One simple form online, submit a bank statement and your money is in the bank within 2 days!! I have recommended all of my family and friends. The staff are all very helpful, much quicker and less stressful in comparison to the bank. 💯

Service was great and was dealt with quickly
