Mis-sold me a contract with Trust…
Mis-sold me a contract with Trust payments. Told me nothing about a £500 payment to Mastercard which unfortunately i missed on the contract then told me in writing it was a one off payment only to find out its annual. Now i have had to switch off my website or keep paying the £500 and on top of the I have to pay for a portal that does not work.
Please be very careful with this business.

Great service
We had 2 colleagues helping with different issues regarding our card machine. Sean was really helpful in explaining and talking through getting an updated unit with better features. Paul talked a member of staff through getting out current card machine attached to our WIFI. He took the staff member through each step and made it an easy and quick process to get us online. Our mobile signal is terrible where we are so an updated card machine and now able to use WIFI to process transactions instead of depending on poor mobile signal will benefit our Charity.
