Thanks to Paul, the problem was dealt with very efficiently…
Although being unable to use the terminal was inconvenient, the problem was dealt with by Paul very efficiently. He did phone and check that the problem was being dealt with and we were able to sort out something else at the same time.

Excellent service
Both Sean Clancy and Jamie Cleary were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Sean was very helpful and patient guiding me through the technical side. Would recommend them 100%.

AVOID ! CARD SAVER LTD
Used Card Saver Ltd for my business card terminal for several years , then I sold my business in early 2024 , even though I informed them in late 2023 of the changes it became impossible to get any response, the telephone customer service number you will find doesn't exist! If they do respond to emails after raising complaints they never respond back with an outcome, the website chat is just a robot that doesn't understand your enquiry. The financial ombudsman won't be able to help as Card Saver are no longer regulated by FCA . This month , so 1year and 6 months on they have sent an email saying they are terminating my contract and I have 7 days to pay Card machine termination fee of over £700 . Even though I've tried communicating with them since Oct 2023, and no transactions have gone through that card machine.
I've paid it to make it all go away , they have robbed me of my hard earned money.

Informed card saver I'm selling my Business
Been with card saver for many years
Hit with several hundred pounds of early termination fees even though I'm selling Business with contracts to prove this which is wrong.
Rung up and pressured me to pay today and they'll discount £100 or waive the fee if I persuade the new owner to go with them.
Unbelievably morally and ethically disgusting.
Do not be taken in by this company. Never ever use them, they won't be seeing a penny from me, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else or using them again for any future business ventures.
