I preordered Mega Evolutions (2) ETBs and a booster box 5th August from Card-Mart. When the Mega Evolutions got fully released by 10th October, I emailed them on the 11th to ask for an update on my order and when I will receive it. Crissa told me she can’t give me an exact time frame but it may take some days. I would have still liked an update but I said I’d give it another week. On the 19th I get an email saying I have 1 out of 3 items I ordered being sent to me. I emailed saying I ordered 2 more things and why aren’t they coming too, just incase they made a mistake with my order. Then I believe the owner Nathan decided to reply to me and said how people complain when items are sent separately and when they’re not sent early enough and how people “like yourself” (meaning me, who’s spent a lot of my hard earned money on buying things from his business) send him emails when he sends things as they arrive. He finished the email with “I can’t please everybody, I guess!”. I found that so rude and a bit crazy considering this problem is caused by him and I merely asked a question. I emailed saying no need to take offence and I will wait a little longer as long as I get my stuff. Fast forward to 8th November and I still don’t hear anything till then. So I emailed them saying if you can’t fulfill my order by next week (15th November) then cancel my order and refund me. My email got ignored so I emailed them again on the 11th, having given them a full working day to reply, saying to cancel my order if you can fulfill it by this week. I then get an email saying the rest of my order is on the way an hour or two later. If it wasn’t for Crissa I’d rate this business a 1 instead. If you can’t handle the amount of orders you take Nathan then just maybe don’t take as many orders as you already do and then be rude to your customers for asking for updates on orders. I had to wait 32 days after the release of these products to finally receive mine.
Still haven’t received my order
I have pre ordered a Mega Evolutions Booster box and an ETB from this store. My order number is #4094 I have spent over £200 on these items only to hear absolutely nothing not only were they not delivered upon release but it’s also been nearly 2 months since Mega Evolutions release and I haven’t heard a thing! The customer support email isn’t getting back to me and I have no idea what steps to take next! The only reason I’m rating it 2 stars is because I did order from this store before and the product did eventually come (all be it very late) But this is a joke 2 months since release and no communication with the orders status or offer for a full refund on the order if they are unable to fulfill the order. Very annoyed
Disappointing.
Sadly, It's very unreliable.

Pre-ordered an item in May, no updates since
Pre-ordered an item in May, haven’t heard anything from them since, emailed a few times, phone number on the website isn’t active. I haven’t received any updates regarding the order. Think I’ll give it another day or two before requesting a refund and potentially contacting my bank unless I hear back.
I’d also happily amend my review if they do get back, it’s just with companies like these it’s a 50/50 whether they’re legit or scam.
Ignoring Emails
I placed an order with Card Mart and only received half of what I paid for. I’ve sent several emails over the past few weeks asking for an update or explanation, but I haven’t received a single reply. It’s very frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when I’ve tried multiple times to resolve the issue politely.
Even when I search my order number on their website, it clearly shows only half of the items as “sent,” so they must be aware that the full order hasn’t been delivered. Yet, they’ve done nothing to fix it or even acknowledge my messages.
At this point, I just want a refund and to have nothing more to do with them.
Lack of communication
Emailed them and received no response but the moment I mention wanting a refund, no communication was given except for a refund email. Tried dialing the landline, it does not work at all.
0 communication, I wouldn't recommend this store tbh.

Emailed several times, always told me my mega evolutions booster box was all okay and will be dispatched soon, a month after release, still no further update. Emailed them today for a refund.
Unfulfilled pre-order, lack of communication
Ordered a pre order of mega evolutions booster box at £169.99, above RRP on the 3rd September. Patiently waited until the release date on 10th October and was told they will start sending orders out. I've checked In two weeks later and was told by Crissa that they couldn't access the delivery schedule as she was remote to Nathan. It was the weekend, so I understood and checked again the following week. It's been crickets since and no response to any correspondence I've sent. In my most recent email I said it's obvious that they can't fulfill the order, so asked what my options were for a refund. No response. I ordered through AMEX so I will be chasing a chargeback on that now. Disappointing after a promising start and I'll never order again to be honest. Order #5834

I have pre ordered mega booster box and phanstamal flames pre order , at first the lady was good with email response just saying there having problems with stock and is acceptable but waiting nearly a month and not had responses back since ive sent another 3 emails ive read other reviews and everyone seems to be going thru the same situation they take ur money and if ur lucky u get sent ur order 3-4 months later its a joke. Its a pre order for a reason. I want a refund on everything ive ordered this is a joke of a company if they had a shop i would be going down there but sadly they do not seems a guy is running it from his house and lady is controlling emails , also tried to ring help line plenty of times and no answer. I WANT A REFUND ON EVERYTHING.

Avoid ordering — the whole experience feels like lending money to a shady company that will deceive you and never actually ship your order.

This is my 2nd time ordering with card mart and they come through with items both times, first my black bolt and white and flare and now my mega evolutions booster box, I can't stress enough how well this business operates, they are very polite and very helpful, as a collector it's nice to finally find a business that is passionate about what they do and constantly provides product, I'm so happy with Nathan and Crissy for sourcing product and getting it to me and my family, I highly recommend card mart!!! So much so I have pre ordered phantasmal flames with them and got my brother to place an order also, after bad experiences with other online businesses like total cards and chaos cards, card mart has been my lifeline for Pokémon and I urge any Pokémon collector to give card mart a try, you will be surprised how good they are, I see some negative reviews on here but after researching the reviews It looks like it's scalpers getting angry! Absolute 5 star service from start to finish from card mart!!!!! A credit and asset to the Pokémon community, keep up the good work Nathan and Crissy ❤️
They are responsive and kind
They are responsive and kind, however they definitely take orders for stock they don't have so if you're ok waiting a month past release date for an item then your experience will be fine.

I placed about £5000 worth of orders with them and contacted them to ask for updates. They assured me that it was all fine and that they would ship asap. And then got cancelled out of nowhere
No contact and still waiting for preorders
Purchased two Mega Evo ETBS in AUGUST and have not heard back since.
Ive sent two follow up emails and attempted to contact via phone, no response on either.
Its seems easier to go into a store and pick them up for RRP rather than the preorder price.
Really bad service and from previous reviews, this seems to be a common trend.

A real shame
Had to update my review from 5* to 1*
Very sad as I had previously had good experiences with Card Mart, so trusted them and even had my family pre order some things. All in all over £1000 between me and my family.
It’s now been months and received nothing, barely any responses via emails and now I’ve asked for a refund radio silence.
Thank goodness I am able to dispute with my bank! A real shame because they originally were great.

EDIT: I was refunded 1 week after asking for a refund and being told "you are on the list". After I started and charge back and informed them I was refunded within 1 day...
