I ordered 2 kits for my sons. There was no update or progress on the kits for several weeks. When I enquired, they said they were very busy, but the order would be delivered soon.
When it was delivered, one kit, minus socks, was delivered.
My pursuit of them through PayPal saw them hiding behind their delivery reference, changing email addresses frequently and then sending me a message in German.
There was so much work in chasing them that it was never worth the time.

Would have given zero stars if I could. This company did not send out any tracking order and took ages to get back to me. They sent the wrong shirt, I ordered a personalised west brom shirt and received a plain england shirt. Instead of correcting their mistake or providing me with a refund, they suggested I make another order so that they could send the correct shirt alongside the new one. I am not prepared to spend another £30-£40 to potentially receive the wrong shirt again. This company is a disgrace thinking that a customer should be out of pocket and pay out more when it was their mistake. Do not order from here!

Ordered a Cardiff city Football top for my husband, took four weeks and two emails, they then sent an England Football top. We are Welsh ! Apart from the fact it was completely the wrong top, no option for returning, and no reply from customer services. They now go under the name xwooter.com. as previous reviews stated Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm usually pretty savy but not on this occasion. Would have given no stars if I could.

Don't order from these scammers.

Ordered a coventry city shirt with LAMPARD and 8 on the back, got sent an England Shirt with nothing on the back.

No reply via email, had to open a dispute with the bank to try and get money back

Ordered a Brighton and Hove football shirt but got the French National Team ?????????
No response from company. Was a birthday present. Very upset. Difficult to contact.

The company is from Hong Kong. I ordered a Coventry City shirt took 3 weeks to arrive. they answered all my e-mails. shirt is perfect.

Nothing delivered after an order was placed on the 29.4.25. Support guy said they were busy and now no answer at all. Scamers beware!

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered 2 kids football kits paid extra for personalisation, 2 weeks later two England football kits arrive which is didn't order and with no personalisation. Immediately contacted customer service asked me to order something else and they'd send the kits I had paid £65 for, obviously I turned this down, they then offered me 10% refund and blocked me with no refund and no way to contact them. Avoid at all costs or you'll end up out of pocket

I actually want to cry!
Not received my order, emailed so many times. But emails aren’t even getting delivered to them. Plus their website is non existent !
I wish I came on here before I even thought of ordering, I’m usually so careful but this one time I don’t do my homework I’m done!

Same as many others - ordered a QPR women's top with personalisation and received an England men's away top in a different size. The customer service then said they were unable to refund but could offer me 30% off on my next order!

Really disappointed, I ordered two kids football kits. One got delivered the other did not. I emailed about the missing item, reply was “Warehouse too busy and will reissue missing item”, however after emailing AGAIN two weeks after this, emails are ‘undeliverable’. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m not out of pocket by £25 and have one upset child.

Dreaful site, i ordered a football shirt and after about 3 weeks received a completely different shirt to what I had ordered. They won't respond to my emails, site should be shut down.

Wouldn’t even give one star, ordered in April waited and emailed them about the order they stated a lot of orders and will be sent soon.
Went to email again and website and email no longer exist.

Massive delay in sending. Then they sent the wrong jersey. They only offered 10% off next order and keep the jersey I didn’t want. Do not use this company.

its one big scam i brought a derby shirt from them the order took 4 weeks to arrive when i opened it was a england away shirt not even the eight size

Contacted via email as order not arrived. Answer was that they were overwhelmed with orders. I’m so upset that I believed it to be legit company. Money I can’t afford to throw away 😔
