buy from manufacturer not scammer middlemen like these

Ordered the CES device from caputron as recommended by my doctor to help with a medical condition. Between ordering it and receiving it, I found a product from a different company that I felt would be more helpful. I called caputron to initiate a return of the unopened package. Had to pay $10 return postage plus was told that they would charge up to a 15% restocking fee, at the discretion of their warehouse. I spoke to 2 different customer service agents plus wrote to CEO asking that they not withhold 15% as it was unopened. No response from CEO and in the end they withheld the15% restocking fee. Company advertises satisfaction and easy returns…. Buyer beware. Better companies out there, like vielight and Neuronic both of which provide outstanding customer support and experience!

bought my husband a device to help him paid alot of money for this device paid the £52 pound shipping fee and now it is stuck in the UK as i cannot afford to pay £90.18 duty/tax this company should of clearly stated this on the sipping fee

Sold me a defective item then charged an outrageous “restock fee” when I returned it.
I returned it after troubleshooting the issue with the manufacturer and not having it resolved.
This company then claimed that it wasn’t defective and deducted $60 from my return amount to take it back. They also wouldn’t refund me for the unopened gel tube that I returned. Total scammers, think twice before purchasing anything from them.

So, I bought a device, paid £40 for shipping for the US to the UK, and arrived fine - the device works great. So no issues with the product or legitimacy of the site in delivering the product bought.

A few weeks later someone tried to use the card details I used to pay to buy something in US dollars off Kickstarter. They failed thanks to my bank but still. This was the only online shopping I had done with this card, that I had never used before. I contacted them to ask them to remove my details and to warn them and get "Our site is secure and encrypted by the leader in security. I can ensure you they did not get any information from our site." back in return. This did not exactly reassure me that they were taking my situation seriously, or even that it would be looked into. My advice would be to use at your own risk, and perhaps with a virtual card account.
