Service catastrophique. Commande jamais reçue et service après-vente totalement inutile. Aucun suivi, aucune solution concrète, seulement des réponses automatiques sans intérêt. Impossible d’obtenir une aide sérieuse malgré plusieurs relances. Entreprise à éviter absolument.

Scammers. please dont order from them. i order eink tracker, they send you normal tracker and offer 4$. i paid for 47$ for it. scammers.

Scam. Bullsh1t artists.
Will offer maybe 10% in compensation if you go at them.

It’s not about the money, though. Decent words can not describe what scammers deserve.

This company advertises one product, but delivers another. They then spend time arguing that they are sorry that the product did not meet expectation and offer a small discount(10%) on the amount paid.

I ordered an E-ink screen tracker, but received a standard low quality tracker without a screen.

I see a number of other people with the exact same issue. 100% scam.

Not match my order and not return the real product or refund with me.

Scam website, did not deliver ordered item. refused to refund or return. had to sort via credit card chargeback

I ordered two e-ink tags on the beginnig of December, but it has just arrived today on the 5th of January. Furthermore the parcel I open up with totally wrong product which are two regular track tags without screen on it.

Captivute.com is a fraud website which sending cheaper products instead of ordered items.

I ordered some alleged e-ink screen smart tags. What I ended up receiving were run of the mill tags (some knockoff looking tags with no screen on them). Tried to get back to their site to inquire about it but my user account is not recognized anymore

I placed an order through the online store, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised. There was no seller information, no return address, and no way to contact the store. This appears to be a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid purchasing from this website.

Very bad website, it's fraud and they are not delivering your items and not refund the money, plz dont purchase anything from them untill they stop stealing from people

Can't review the quality of the products because it was never received.

Ordered a couple of items, paid for express delivery in 3 to 7 days. After 20 days the items had not shipped yet, support always refused to refund and always insisted it was shipping while it was not.

It's finally been shipped ... 10 days ago and still have not received anything.

Stay away!

J'ai commandé un calendrier de l'avant Snoopy. Il est censé contenir des figurines en 3D assez jolies. J'ai reçu un calendrier tout simple avec des décorations de sapin toutes petites en 2D. Le tout pour presque 40 euros. Je suis en pourparlers pour un remboursement mais j'ai du mal à leur faire admettre leur erreur. Il me propose 7 euros de dédommagement !
Ils maintiennent que l'article envoyé est celui commandé. Photos à l'appui, les 2 produits n'ont rien à voir. Je n'ai pas regardé les avis avant et je le regrette. Ne commandez pas sur ce site.

LE FERAI!!!! Des escrocs!! Arnaquent les clients! Vendent des articles endommagés et se permettent de ne pas rembourser et reprendre leurs merdes! Service inadmissible!!! Qualité poubelle, une étagère sois disant de bonne qualité est en réalité en carton!!!! On peux posé une télécommande dessus et elle casse. VRAIMENT À FUIR!!

Priviliegiez des sites comme Amazon ou wish ou aliexpress mais Captivute, c'est plus ARNAQUETIVUTE!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

SCAMMED BY THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY. Took my money and wont provide me a refund!

Unfortunately I’ve also been affected by this scam. This company should be closed and not allowed to trade!!!

You won’t get the parcel you ordered and you won’t get your money back. Avoid these scammers!

I paid over $100 for an item they were advertising on social media and after 10 weeks and a number of emails, the item has not arrived and as it has apparently shipped out, they are refusing to refund me. They respond to my emails with the most vague responses, blaming the courier. Avoid, this is clearly a scam.

The item purchased at the end of November never arrived, and all attempts to contact them via email to get the product or a refund have been useless.
Do not buy from this site; it’s a scam.

The company is fraud. You will never get your order and they just give you an answer that I just takes time. My order should have been in my country since January 1. and today it is 1. of February. I can’t recommend this company by any way!
