I ordered a service for a game and the whole thing went bad.
First I had a booster that just never responded to my messages. A day goes by and they finally get me a new booster. The “booster” ends up going 10/21 and lowered my rank more than what I started with. He stops responding and leaves the service blaming it on lag.
I get promised a new booster that never comes. So basically I lose 5 days of playing and got my rank lowered for the “service” I paid for.

They couldn't fulfill the service I paid for. I was told several times that I would receive a "chat" message or email with status. NEVER was done. Had to message back (chat) 7 times and still after 4 days a refund was not even started. STILL WAITING. This has been the worst Customer Service I have ever had. Will NEVER even try them again.

Instructions were clear, concisee and got done what I asked for. Staff was friendly, and even prepared to work to my budget. Order wasn't exactly an easy one, but was paired with an expert on the game in question and got it done within about 8 hours, bare in mind that that involved a 4 hour break in the middle due to real life commitments.
