I know some users have talked about occasional bugs, but I personally have never experiened any over the last 3-4 mo's (knock on wood). I am in California and trading with Interactive Brokers. The only issue I've had is their server going down temporarily and strats stopping (happens about 1x/mo). This only cost me one time and Capitalise reimbursed me for a loss that should have been a profit. I thought this was a very nice and professional gesture. Overall, I find the platform very useful and intuitive. It has dramatically reduced my stress and allowed me to finally get some sleep and focus on my day job while my portfolio grows. It's playing a fun, endless game of coming up with new strategies and optimizing them. I highly recommend using webhooks with TradingView where you can do deep backtesting.

Josh Melu is also extremely kind and helpful with any question.

Like the ideas that it is easy to creat strategy by using normal language. Unfortunately, the platform is not stable. My strategy is always got stopped with an unknown error. Technical team could not solve the issue. I guess the issue is caused by the unstable connection with my trade provider. If you can fix this problem, i believe the platform would be excellent ai.

Overall very intuitive and easy to use.

The best trading automation platform. Apply both price action and indicators using simple English. Also offers the possibility to connect to trading view alerts via webbooks.

Great tool and really personal, fast support

So, I stumbled onto Capitalise, when a friend mentioned it to me, when I was having trouble with Trading View alerts. Unfortunately Trading View seems a bit limited with their alerting system.

Anyhow, I hopped onto Capitalise, did a quick tour, realised that there was a lot more to Capitalise than meets the eye, and then dug in to see if I could create the alerting system I was hoping for.

Well, after a few days of experimentation, I not only found that their platform more than took care of my alerting system, I found the support team (both Shahar and Josh) to be of invaluable support.

I cannot tell you how patient and persistence they have been in helping me. One of my alerts was somewhat complex, and I did not have any idea how to do it.

This is where Shahar helped me code it, while also incorporating the bits from Captialise to make my alert work.

I'm a complete noob when it comes to coding, so I was amazed and surprised that Shahar spent so much time helping me: writing and debugging the code.

Surely, I thought it he would get tired of my requests, and yet, he kept plugging away, until I got what I needed.

Not only was I floored by such support, I now have the alerting system that I so desperately wanted that I'm now in an envious position of having the system that I only dreamed of in the past.

I cannot rave enough about the Capitalise team.

In the future, when I have more time, I plan on exploring the other parts of Capitalise that I haven't touched. There is way more to Capitalise than I am using, so I plan to experiment some more in the future with all their features.

Love the concept, love the support. Unfortunately, the platform is buggy as hell. Not a single strategy I had running is still running. They were all stopped by the system for an “unknown error”. Support thinks it’s a global issue that they’re aware of but don’t have an ETA on a fix. Tired of waiting and constantly restarting strategies, so moving to a different platform.

Use of the software was intuitive and the accompanying tips and suggestions were very helpful in teaching how to create a proper trading strategy.

Worked for a while, lately everything is getting worse, bugs every now and then avoiding strategies to close at stop loss or strategies not opening at all.. I have to say the customer support is good but you guys have lost my confidence and the one from the people I recommended your platform who also have suffered the same problems. Losing money because of bugs shouldn't happen anywhere.

Tried multiple bots but this one works amazingly & accurately. Hats off to the developers. And support quality is top-notch.

I am not skilled at programming in any computer language, Capitalise.ai translate my trading plan into a programming language with ease. with a few more tweeks I will be ready to trade on my Live Account.

At last, here is a software I can trust. For me, it's the simplicity, accuracy and sincerity. I meant it!

Wouldn't take the time to write something like this unless Josh and Capitalise.ai were Freakin Awesome - I have been using the platform for months now and every-time I have had an issue its handled timeously and highly efficiently. The only thing I would like to say is THANK YOU Guys - Seamless platform and Epic support!!!

Awesome the attention to detail and the willingness to help absolutely blew me away. Also straight to the point, you ask a question you receive a straight answer, this is possible, or this is not. That in itself is a breath of fresh air these days.
This company is going to smash it.

Josh & Capital.ai are just fantastic! The software they have introduced is really one of a kind. I think once someone becomes comfortable with a strategy this service will be priceless. Not to mention this is a really fun way to learn what strategies work and don't work without having to spend years learning computer programming.

Luckily found seeking for the ultimate automatic trading platform, and still can't belive that it's free! Capitalise.ai is one of the best tools I've tried so far, after 2 years of research. Intuitive, powerful, precise&fast trade execution, with a great backtesting tool and an efficient support if needed. Easy to use and rich of unique strategy combinations. Still some little improvements can be done in the UI, but no doubt: must try!

I've been using Capitalise.ai for the past few months, and I'm blown away by their ability to create and automatically test trading scenarios with ease. In a span of just a few minutes, the software will compile all the data and provide you with clear, insightful results that could take hours of manual work to achieve. Previously, when I wanted to automate my trading strategies, I had to learn to code and spend hours on coding errors. Capitalise.ai allows me to focus on my strategy and not the code—it does all the work for me!

I am using Capitalise for 3 months now, I started from test mode on some CFD providers and now running production algos on real CFD accounts. My current setup is: TradingView as strategy hosting platform + alerts -> Capitalise strategies which are triggered by alert webhooks -> CFD broker. I also tested different strategies which I created directly in Capitalise.

I see Capitalise as a robust platform which gives very flexible opportunities to automated the trading process. You need to grasp the logic of strategies and learn some best practices to use it efficiently, once you are fluent with that, you can use it seamlessly. Under the hood you have a powerful set of technical analysis tools which can cover many use cases, and I believe more is coming in the future.

One huge thing to mention is the quality of support. Josh, the founder, is a great man who is always willing to help with any issue, and with a personal touch - he is genuinely interested in solving you very own problem. Just recently I had some issue with production strategy, and it was fixed and explained just in a few minutes time after I wrote to him in the chat!! This "client first" approach is something which many other companies should learn. Other members of the team are also always very helpful and I got all my question solved ASAP.

I wish Capitalise would cover more brokers, but this is surely a two-way game, so far I am happy with what they offer. Another big wish is access to options trading with certain brokers, but I believe that's just a matter of time.
