As an overseas landlord
As an overseas landlord, finding reliable trade professionals can be stressful, but Soliman and Zhiar from Capital Heat and Water Ltd made the process seamless. I want to say a huge thank you to both of them . They provided a highly professional response and maintained clear communication throughout, which is crucial when managing a property from abroad. Both of them were incredibly patient and took the extra time and effort to explain everything thoroughly. They are so friendly, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I highly appreciate their dedication and hard work!
I hope we will have a long-term business relationship moving forward
