Ca' Pietra Omdömen

Great customer service & beautiful tiles.

First class customer services department, good communications & follow-up.

All tiles that I have purchased from Ca’Pietra are high quality.

Well packaged. Arrived on time

Quick delivery. Tiles really well secured and packed.
Super quality and such a versatile tile to create either a simple or more complex design but with simplicity of a square tile!

This Company hasn't got a clue about shipping heavy porcelain tiles. I ordered 7 boxes of tiles and paid for a pallet delivery. Ca' Pietra in their infinite wisdom shipped them in 4 large single wall cardboard boxes with rolled paper packing. The journey from Ca' Pietra meant they were off-loaded and on-loaded on to the couriers vans more than seven times. The consequences were disastrous. Two of the cardboard boxes had burst open and the contents had obviously come out of the box such that 3 packs of tiles were put back into one of the boxes. It was unclear how many tiles were actually broken but two packs of tiles were smashed.
I took some photographs and sent these to Ca' Pietra and asked for just two boxes to be replaced. I then telephoned the Company and the young lady I spoke with apologized and said they would send out replacements immediately.
I then received an email from an Internal Account Manager requesting more photographs because he could only see one box of broken tiles. I telephoned him and explained the situation but he was insistent and effectively asked for a photograph of all the broken tiles before they would be replaced.
I sent another email together with further photographs but it was clear from the response that it didn't meet his needs so I spoke with a Supervisor who effectively supported the request for more photographs.
The upshot of all of this was that I requested Ca' Pietra collect all the tiles and make a full refund which the Head of Operations subsequently agreed to do.
The amount of aggravation caused by what was a total lack experience in shipping heavy items or the desire to make a little bit more money by skimping on the method of shipping having charged for pallet shipping and then the total lack of trust of the customer by the Company has been horrendous. So beware ordering anything fro Ca' Pietra.

Great selection of tiles, excellent service, advice and delivery

Ordered samples, which were delivered very quickly. Beautiful tiles. Looking forward to making a bigger purchase soon.

Wonderful choice of marble tiling!

5 stars. Prompt, efficient and helpful 5 stars!

Ordered samples. Good price and came in tact.

Delivery on time and lovely tiles. Only issue was that the delivery company did not let me know they had delivered! A quick call to Ca' Pietra confirmed all was ok.

Lovely product and so helpful when I contacted you direct requesting more tiles urgently!
Thankyou!

Very efficient and all correct in terms of samples requested.

The product is gorgeous! We're really happy with the product.

What let it down is the delivery. We ordered 500 extra small square tiles, and they weren't in any packaging - just loose! We had to spend an hour or so hand picking each tile up from the crate that was left on the pavement, and into the house on an evening when the delivery arrived. The larger tiles we ordered also weren't in any protective packaging, which we were shocked by. All for less waste, but also into more convenience/ease for customers. So there is a gap for you to fix please for next time!

Otherwise, gorgeous product, quick delivery, friendly delivery driver and we were mostly happy!

Unfortunately some of the tiles we ordered from the NTS Glass House range have blemishes.

Tiles bought at outlet, sadly not the amount of tiles available as advertised. Staff managed to find more tiles and fingers crossed enough to finish the job. After initial feeling of being let down, they came up trumps very quickly. Tiles are amazing.

As a professional interior designer I really appreciate being able to take my clients to the beautiful showroom in Hartley Wintney to make final decisions on the tiles I have carefully sourced. Alison is always very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I am pleased to have this partnership with an unbeaten range of beautiful tiles.
