Hi, I ordered a package and I payed imidiatly! Almost 1 month after they didn"t confirm my order! I tryed to contact by email and all I got was automatically answers! I made a complain to European community and then they got in contact and confirm my order! At the end the order arrived more than 1 mouth later! Very bad communication!

seizure and no reply from canvory
I ordered from Canvory on July 1st.
I asked them if it was still possible to deliver to my country even if there was covid.
My country is on the list where is ok.
They say yes no problem.
my package arrived at the customs border on August 11th.
I received a letter of seizure on August 18.
I wrote to canvory on August 19th and still have no news.
When you say that yes you delivered to our country, be sure that your customers receive their package. one would say you made just cashed.
now i have lost $ 640 and no one answers me.
Why my country is on the liste where its ok if this kind of thing can happen?
