De levering naar België was snel. Maar de CBD wiet trekt op niets. De smaak van de banana moon vind ik niets en het zijn allemaal takken. Het zal dus bij mijn eerste en laatste bestelling blijven.

thank you very much for your order and your review! Our products contain less than 0.2% THC and therefore do not cause intoxication! The effect you feel depends on many different factors. Each person has their own unique cannabinoid system and reacts differently to cannabinoids. As we could see, you have only ordered products with a very low CBD content. If you don't get the desired effect with these products, we recommend you try products with a higher CBD content.

Items ordered 9th June still not ordered by 21 July
I have ordered from Canvory on the 9th of June by the 21th of July the package is still not delivered. When queried I received very slow responses from them, and no clear indication on resolution. Also when asking for a replacement, I have to pay for the replacement. I have not had a good experience and will not use Canvory again. There is better online shops in EU.

We offered you various options to resolve the situation, but unfortunately we have not yet received the necessary documents from you to complete the investigation. We ask for your understanding that we cannot process the case further if you refuse to cooperate and do not provide us with the required documents. We have sent you clear instructions on how to resolve the situation, but unfortunately you have not yet responded. Also, you do not have to pay for the replacement, we never asked you to do that!

Thank you for your order and your review! Unfortunately, you have contacted us more than half a year after we have shipped the goods! On our website it is clearly communicated that the time limit for an enquiry is 2 months from the date of dispatch! We ask for your understanding that after more than 6 months we no longer have any possibility to make an investigation and claim the amount from the insurance company. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we have sent you a voucher for 50% of the order value. The voucher is still valid and you can redeem it at any time!
