The colors are washed-out, the canvass looks drab
The colors are washed-out, plain lookimg, too light, someone must hav messed with my photo. IT LOOKS DRAB, no light in it.
It is worse than what I thought considering your reply. This was a trial on my part, so gu4ss I will go back to my other Canvas person for the next three I choose from my collection. At least he never ever said I have to do work considerrng the coloring. I did write you a mail with explanations, but it came bsack as non delivered. This too is a red flag for me.

You don’t need to do any work, you just need to understand how color matching works and set your self for success on your end. Just because you see different colors on your monitor it doesn’t mean those are true colors of your image. We do this for living, we understand how printing works and we know what to do to get happy customers including professional customers. We produce 10s of thousands print every year. That is why we are highly value. But if you are not setting up yourself for success then you can’t expect to be happy with results. Yes maybe a printer with in person services could work better for you. Anyway that’s same like when you write an email and you get it back us not delivered. Obviously you have wrong email address. Info@canvasprintscalgary.com works for everyone. Hi, well you should check this link so you can understand how color matching works and what to do on your end. We (as usual) did our part. Please realize that people don’t complain about colors in our reviews and we are super accurate so you will have to start doing things correctly on your end first. Please don’t forget that communication is a key. Good luck in your future endeavors https://www.canvasprintscalgary.com/canvas-print-colors

Thank you so much
Canvas print of my little friend.
I recently lost my cat whom I've had for 16 years. I sent Canvas Prints my favourite photo of him and requested a 20" by 30" canvas print of the photo. The job they did with the print was better than I could have expected. Excellent! The shipping was very quick and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Simply the Best
Went to Canvas Prints Ltd. when another printing company let me down. It was a last minute request and they were able to deliver an amazing canvas in 2 days. The service was amazing and the quality of the canvas was awesome. This will be my 'go to' print company from now on.

Outstanding end result
The artwork I ordered had sentimental value and the product I received was perfect in every way. After ordering I received follow up messages letting me know the progress , and when Purolator delivered the finished product I was more than pleased, as was my wife. If I had reason to order anything else from you I would be confident of a positive end result....Murray Olson

Overall an excellent service and product, appreciate dealing with a local business
The image quality is as good as I'd hoped for (when ordering, I like the tool that tells you if your photo resolution is good enough, and which size etc of canvas print is right for the devise the photo was taken on).
I wasn't sure what to expect from the mirror image border. It's actually a bit weird, imho. I'd prefer simply an extension of the image without it being mirrored or backwards to the image on the front.
Communication was good by email, nice to have a link provided to a tracking service, delivery was on time and packaging was good.
