Great customer experience.
I was outside of the delivery area. The shop assistant guided me to through how to order and then provide a separate cost for delivery. It was particularly helpful as the item I wanted was out of stock almost everywhere else in the country!

To have a one to one personal touch when buying a sound system is rare these days. Canterbury hifi give that. An honest knowledgeable personal touch, prices are comparable with major online retailers. This is a shop to go to. I couldn’t recommend it more. Five stars all the way.

Excellent Service
I called with some questions about b-stock speakers from their site and they were able to take a look at them and answer everything straight away, even though I caught them at closing time. The next morning, got a shipping quote for me (I don't live nearby) and then arranged the courier as soon as I'd purchased. I'm very happy with the new speakers, they're fantastic, but even more pleased to have found such a great shop!

Great service
I accidentally ordered click and collect when I meant to get my product delivered. They called me a few minutes after I'd ordered, seeing how far away I was to confirm and they organised delivery for me. It was all very pleasant and efficient.
