Got picked up from Stansted, no problems with lateness, they tracked my flight and even called me when I landed so I didn’t get huge car park fees - thanks!

Booked a cab two hours ahead and still hadn’t arrived after 45 minutes. No notification of eta. Cancelled and had to use public transport as it was too late to try another taxi service. Poor ‘service’ - will not use again.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID.
These people are basically scammers/tax avoiders.
They will quote you a price, send you an invoice for that price and once you’ve reached your destination they’ll ask you to pay 20% VAT on top of the price they originally quoted unless you pay them cash! Tax dodgers who even threatened to call the police if I did not pay the 20% added at the last minute. Disgusting.

I recently did a review on how come I paid a different price to what I was quoted on my outward journey, to their credit they contacted me immediately and explained and resolved the issue,So well done Cannon Cars and thumbs up 👍👍

We booked in advance for a very early pick-up. Need to catch the train. The driver was half an hour late, we were about to miss the train. Called the office and the very rude lady instead of apologising, advised us next time to book even early. But it won't be next time. Will find another cab company, No more Cannons!!!

Terrible service. Two hospital trips booked for appointments. No driver available. Why can't reception call to let you know in time to make alternative arrangements.? Used Uber though still late. Fortunately they saw me at hospital.
Never again will I use this company.

Driver arrived 10minutes late and he was so rude. He started threatening us by saying his car was not that big and our bags would not fit and to leave them behind. He was so off, very unprofessional and rude.He picked us from Bromley

We have had Cannon for three airports runs, early hours of the morning and midday.
Each driver has been reliable and friendly and took the worry out of getting to the airport on time.
The charge was also reasonable and hadn't gone up in three years!

Excellent service from start to finish. Used them for airport transfer for my daughter who was travelling home alone. They were on time and the driver was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Driver arrived an hour late without an apology.
He had an unfortunate manner and his English was difficult to understand.
He refused to take a card payment offering to drive us to a cash point insisting he would only take cash. On paying Cannons direct we discovered they charge twenty per cent extra for using a card.
Cannons should explain they charge twenty per cent above their quote if you use a card. They claim it is VAT? I did not realise a business was exempt from
VAT when taking cash payments???
Bad service and overpriced.

Booked Cannon cars for pick up and return to the O2 on Monday 4th March. Pick up was on time and smooth journey. Darren was the return journey driver. He arrived early and due to us not being familiar with pick up point/car park , the lady on the control got him to call me and direct us to his car. The homeward journey was smooth running and Darren was great company and delivered us home with out any problems. Would definitely recommend this cab company.

Booked a return journey last week. The cab for the outward journey turned up an hour late, and didn't even contact me to say there would be a delay. I was then charged "waiting time" for the return journey even though I was in the correct spot before my booked time, but had to spend a while on the phone to the driver trying to work out where he was.

The trip out to Heathrow was great. The driver was punctual, polite and drove safely and with consideration for his passengers. When we arrived back at Heathrow, however, nobody was waiting for us, even though our plane was on time and we got through customs quickly. This was not late at night - it was a Sunday 6pm.

I called their hotline repeatedly and nobody answered. Finally after many calls someone did answer. They investigated the problem and said that the driver had got stuck in traffic - there was an accident. Fair enough.

So we waited. And waited a bit more. I was just about to call them again when the phone rang. The driver was strangely at a different terminal and we needed to get there immediately. So we hauled all of our luggage across Heathrow. It turned out not to be that far, but we didn't know if we were even going the right way.

We eventually found our driver. He seemed in a big hurry, and drove at high speed. He was clearly a good driver, but he took a lot of risks and made us feel so sick we had to wind the window down on a cold night. It made me wonder if he was really the driver we had booked, or another driver who had dropped off some other passengers and was now being made to drive us.

We got home in the end, only a little late, but it made for unnecessary stress at the end of a tiring 11 hour flight.

Fantastic airport service! On booking emails were sent confirming bookings. He arrived early. On arrival back Jamie kept in touch and knowing we were delayed only parked when we landed. He was prompt very polite. Excellent service thank you!

I arranged a pick up from Gatwick airport for my disabled mother and I for around 2 o’clock in the morning the driver called Darren CANNON55 called me while we landed to reassure me of the pick-up he asked to speak to the disabled assistant guy helping my mother Darren was absolutely amazing he is an asset to the cab office for his continuous help and assurance during our experience.. I am flying frm Gatwick regularly and will always request cannon55 Darren !!!

Awful experience when I booked a cab to Heathrow at 3am.
The driver was rude and falling asleep at the wheel. Pay more for a cab but do not book here.

I prebooked a car to the airport by email and received a prompt response confirming my booking (nice surprise as it was on a Saturday evening I emailed!) the car turned up on time, the driver even helped with my luggage! He seemed to know the area really well and managed to avoid road closures etc, without taking forever to get round them! I immediately booked for my return journey, same story! Definitely will be using these guys again!

Would give a zero as no service given Failed to turn up even though booked ans and confirmed 11 days earlier. 4 pensioners, Inc 2 ladies in London stranded in London in the early hours of Saturday morning. BE AWARE
